The founder of PTI was arrested in a case filed in Rawalpindi

بانی پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کی گرفتاری راولپنڈی میں درج انسداد دہشت گردی کے مقدمے میں ڈال دی گئی۔
ترجمان راولپنڈی پولیس کے مطابق تھانہ نیو ٹاؤن میں بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور املاک کو نقصان پہنچانے کا مقدمہ درج ہے۔
پولیس ترجمان کے مطابق بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف انسداد دہشت گردی اور دیگر دفعات کے تحت مقدمہ درج ہے۔
پولیس ترجمان کے مطابق ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن کی سربراہی میں ٹیم بانی پی ٹی آئی سے تفتیش کررہی ہے۔
ترجمان پولیس کے مطابق بانی پی ٹی آئی کو کل جسمانی ریمانڈ کےلیے عدالت میں پیش کیا جائے گا، تھانا نیو ٹاؤن میں مقدمہ 28 ستمبر کو درج کیا گیا تھا۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف کیس کی سماعت انسداد دہشت گردی عدالت اڈیالہ جیل میں کرے گی۔
یاد رہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے آج توشہ خانہ 2 کیس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی کی ضمانت منظور کی تھی۔
ضمانت کی درخواست پر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے سماعت کی اور بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی کو 10، 10 لاکھ روپے کے مچلکوں کے عوض ضمانت دی۔

It may be remembered that today the Islamabad High Court granted bail to PTI founder in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the bail application and granted bail to the PTI founder on a bond of Rs 10,100,000.
