No society can progress without justice: Chief Justice

اسلام آباد میں ’انصاف کی رسائی سب کے لیے‘ کے عنوان سے منعقدہ سمپوزیم سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے چیف جسٹس پاکستان جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا ہے کہ خواتین کی ہرشعبے میں نمائندگی ضروری ہے۔
جسٹس قاضی فائز کا کہنا ہے کہ خواتین کو ان کے حقوق آئین پاکستان نے دیئے ہیں، ہر شعبے میں خواتین کی شمولیت کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا اور خواتین کے حقوق کے تحفظ کیلئے نئے قوانین بھی لائے جا سکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اسمبلی میں مخصوص نشستوں پر آنے والی خواتین کی کارکردگی مردوں سے بہتر ہوتی ہے، خواتین صرف مخصوص نشستوں پر نہیں براہ راست منتخب ہو کر بھی آسکتی ہیں۔
ان کا کہنا ہے کہ ملازمت کے مقامات پر آئین خواتین کے تحفظ کی ضمانت دیتا ہے، 5 سے 16 سال کے بچوں کو تعلیم لازمی حاصل کرنی چاہیے، قومی اسمبلی سمیت مختلف اداروں میں خواتین کیلئے مخصوص نشستیں ہیں۔

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has said that representation of women in all sectors is necessary while addressing the symposium organized in Islamabad titled ‘Access to Justice for All’.
Justice Qazi Faiz says that women have been given their rights by the Constitution of Pakistan, women’s involvement in every sector will be ensured and new laws can be brought to protect women’s rights.
He said that the performance of women in specific seats in the assembly is better than men, women can be directly elected not only in specific seats.
They say that the constitution guarantees the protection of women in the workplace, children from 5 to 16 years of age should get education, there are special seats for women in various institutions including the National Assembly.
