سینیٹ سے آئینی ترمیم کی منظوری کے بعد قائد ایوان نائب وزیراعظم سینیٹر اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ آج بڑا تاریخی دن ہے، سب کو مبارکباد دیتا ہوں۔ سینیٹ میں اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم شہباز شریف اور چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی نے بڑی کمٹمنٹ کے ساتھ اس پر کام کیا۔
اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ یہ چارٹر آف ڈیمو کریسی کا نامکمل ایجنڈا ہے جو پورا ہوا۔ خیال رہے کہ سینیٹ نے چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم دوتہائی اکثریت سے منظور کرلی، چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے حق میں 65، مخالفت میں 4 ووٹ ڈالے گئے۔
آئینی ترامیم کے حق میں حکومتی ووٹ 58، بی این پی مینگل کے 2، جے یو آئی کے 5 ووٹ شامل ہیں، سینیٹ نے آئین کے آرٹیکل 175اے میں ترمیم کی منظوری دے دی۔

Speaking in the Senate, Ishaq Dar said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chairman People’s Party worked on it with great commitment.
Ishaq Dar said that it is the unfinished agenda of the Charter of Democracy that has been fulfilled. It should be noted that the Senate approved the twenty-sixth constitutional amendment by a two-thirds majority, 65 votes were cast in favor of the twenty-sixth constitutional amendment and 4 votes against.
In favor of the constitutional amendments, the government votes 58, BNP Mengal 2, JUI 5 votes, the Senate approved the amendment of Article 175A of the Constitution.
