3rd ODI: Pakistan whitewash South Africa

پاکستان نے جنوبی افریقہ کو سیریز کے تیسرے اور آخری ون ڈے میں بھی شکست دے کر سیریز میں تین صفر سے وائٹ واش کردیا۔
جوہانسبرگ کے وانڈررز کرکٹ اسٹیڈیم میں کھیلے گئے تیسرے ون ڈے میچ میں جنوبی افریقہ کی پوری ٹیم 309 رنز کے ہدف کے تعاقب میں 42 اوورز میں 271 رنز ہی بنا سکی۔
جنوبی افریقہ کی جانب سے ٹاپ اسکورر کلاسن رہے ، انہوں نے 43 بالز میں 81 رنز بنائے جبکہ دیگر کھلاڑیوں میں کوربن بوش 40 رنز بنا کر ناٹ آؤٹ رہے۔
پاکستان کی جانب سے ڈیبیو کرنے والے سفیان مقیم نے 52 رنز دے کر 4 کھلاڑیوں کو پویلین کی راہ دکھائی جبکہ نسیم شاہ اور شاہین شاہ آفریدی نے 2، 2 کھلاڑیوں کو آؤٹ کیا۔
قومی ٹیم کے سنچورین صائم ایوب نے 10 اوورز میں 34 رنز دے کر ایک وکٹ حاصل کی جبکہ محمد حسنین بھی ایک ہی وکٹ حاصل کرسکے۔
اس سے قبل پاکستان نے مقررہ 47 اوورز میں 9 وکٹوں پر 308 رنز بنائے، میچ بارش سے متاثر ہونے کے بعد 47 اوورز فی اننگز تک محدود کیا گیا۔
پاکستانی اوپنر صائم ایوب سنچری بنانے میں کامیاب رہے، وہ 94 گیندوں پر 101رنز بنانے میں کامیاب رہے، اپنی اننگز میں انہوں نے 13 چوکے، 2 چھکے لگائے، اس ون ڈے سیریز میں اُن کی یہ دوسری تین ہندسوں کی اننگز ہے۔

اسٹار بیٹر بابر اعظم اور کپتان محمد رضوان بھی نصف سنچری بنانے میں کامیاب رہے، پاکستان کرکٹ ٹیم کے اوپنر عبداللّٰہ شفیق نے مسلسل تیسرے میچ میں صفر پر آؤٹ ہونے کا ریکارڈ بنایا۔
واضح رہے کہ جنوبی افریقہ نے ٹاس جیت کر پاکستان کو پہلے بیٹنگ کرنے کی دعوت دی۔ قومی اوپنر عبداللّٰہ شفیق ایک مرتبہ پھر صفر پر آؤٹ ہوئے۔ تاہم دوسری وکٹ پر بابر اعظم اور صائم ایوب نے 114 رنز کی پارٹنرشپ بنائی۔
بابر 71 گیندوں پر 52 رنز بنانے کے بعد 115 کے مجموعے پر کیچ آؤٹ ہوگئے، لیکن وکٹ کی دوسری جانب موجود صائم ایوب نے کپتان محمد رضوان کے ہمراہ رنز بنانے کا سلسلہ جاری رکھا اور 93 رنز کی پارٹنرشپ بنائی۔
اس دوران صائم ایوب نے سیریز میں دوسری جبکہ اپنے کیریئر کی تیسری سنچری بنا ڈالی۔ وہ 208 کے مجموعے پر 101 رنز بنا کر آؤٹ ہوگئے، انکی اننگز میں 13 چوکے اور 2 چھکے شامل تھے، نائب کپتان سلمان آغا کے 48 اور طیب طاہر کے 28 رنز کے ساتھ پاکستان نے 308 رنز بنالیے۔
رابادا نے تین، مارکو ینسین اور فوٹیون نے دو، دو وکٹیں حاصل کیں۔
جنوبی افریقہ کے خلاف تیسرے ون ڈے کے لیے پاکستان ٹیم میں تین تبدیلیاں کی گئیں جہاں عرفان نیازی، حارث رؤف اور ابرار احمد کی جگہ پر طیب طاہر، محمد حسنین اور سفیان مقیم کو پلیئنگ الیون میں شامل کیا گیا۔

قومی ٹیم میں کپتان محمد رضوان، صائم ایوب، عبداللّٰہ شفیق، بابر اعظم، کامران غلام، سلمان علی آغا، طیب طاہر، شاہین آفریدی، نسیم شاہ، محمد حسنین اور سفیان مقیم شامل تھے۔
ٹاس کے موقع پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے قومی ٹیم کے کپتان محمد رضوان نے کہا تھا کہ پچ میں نمی ہے، ہم ٹاس جیت کر پہلے بولنگ کرتے۔
محمد رضوان نے یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ ہمارے لیے ہر میچز اہم ہے، ہم چیمپیئن ٹیم بننا چاہتے ہیں۔ فرق نہیں پڑتا کون ٹیم میں ان ہے کون آؤٹ، ہم جیتنا چاہتے ہیں۔
میچ سے قبل جوہانسبرگ میں وقفے وقفے سے بارش کا سلسلہ جاری رہا، جس کے باعث میچ تاخیر کا شکار ہوا۔
جوہانسبرگ میں گزشتہ روز بھی بارش کا سلسلہ جاری رہا جس کی وجہ سے قومی ٹیم نے انڈور ٹریننگ کی تھی۔

Pakistan defeated South Africa in the third and final ODI of the series and whitewashed the series by three nil.
In the third ODI played at the Wanderers Cricket Stadium in Johannesburg, the entire South African team could only score 271 runs in 42 overs in pursuit of a target of 309 runs.
Klaasen was the top scorer for South Africa, he scored 81 runs in 43 balls while among the other players Corbin Bosch remained not out with 40 runs.
Pakistan’s debutant Sufyan Muqim guided 4 players to the pavilion by giving 52 runs, while Naseem Shah and Shaheen Shah Afridi dismissed 2 players each.
Saim Ayub, the centurion of the national team, got one wicket by giving 34 runs in 10 overs, while Mohammad Hasnain also got one wicket.
Earlier, Pakistan scored 308 runs for 9 wickets in the allotted 47 overs, after the match was affected by rain and was restricted to 47 overs per innings.
Pakistani opener Saeem Ayub was able to make a century, he was able to make 101 runs off 94 balls, in his innings he hit 13 fours, 2 sixes, this is his second triple digit innings in this ODI series.
Star batsman Babar Azam and captain Mohammad Rizwan also managed to score half-centuries, Pakistan cricket team’s opener Abdullah Shafiq made a record of getting out for zero in the third consecutive match.
It should be noted that South Africa won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first. National opener Abdullah Shafiq was once again dismissed for zero. However, Babar Azam and Saeem Ayub made a partnership of 114 runs for the second wicket.
Babar was caught out for 115 after scoring 52 runs off 71 balls, but Saim Ayub, who was on the other side of the wicket, continued to score runs along with captain Mohammad Rizwan and formed a partnership of 93 runs.
Meanwhile, Saeem Ayub scored his second century in the series and his third career century. He was dismissed for 101 out of a total of 208, his innings included 13 fours and 2 sixes, with 48 runs from vice-captain Salman Agha and 28 runs from Tayyab Tahir, Pakistan scored 308 runs.
Rabada took three wickets, Marko Yansen and Photun took two wickets each.
Three changes were made in the Pakistan team for the third ODI against South Africa where Tayyab Tahir, Muhammad Hasnain and Sufyan Muqim were included in the playing XI in place of Irfan Niazi, Haris Rauf and Abrar Ahmed.
The national team included captain Muhammad Rizwan, Saeem Ayub, Abdullah Shafiq, Babar Azam, Kamran Ghulam, Salman Ali Agha, Tayyab Tahir, Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Hasnain and Sufian Muqim.
Speaking on the occasion of the toss, the captain of the national team, Mohammad Rizwan, said that there is moisture in the pitch, we would have won the toss and bowled first.
Mohammad Rizwan also said that every match is important for us, we want to be a champion team. It doesn’t matter who’s in the team, who’s out, we want to win.
Before the match, there was intermittent rain in Johannesburg, due to which the match was delayed.
Rain continued in Johannesburg yesterday due to which the national team had indoor training.
