صدرِ مملکت آصف علی زرداری کا کہنا ہے کہ بدعنوانی کےخلاف جنگ کسی ایک ادارے کی کوششوں سےجیتنا ممکن نہیں۔
صدر آصف زرداری نے انسدادِ بدعنوانی کے عالمی دن پر اپنے پیغام میں کہا ہے کہ بدعنوانی بڑا چیلنج ہے، اس کی پیچیدگیوں کے باعث ریاست کے تمام ستونوں کو مؤثر کوششیں کرنا ہوں گی۔
اُنہوں نے کہا کہ بدعنوانی سے عوامی اعتماد مجروح ہوتا ہے، یہ وسائل کے ضیاع کا باعث بنتی ہے اور سماجی و اقتصادی ترقی کو بھی متاثر کرتی ہے۔
صدرِ مملکت نے کہا کہ بدعنوانی کی بنیادی وجوہات پر توجہ دینے کی ضرورت ہے، خصوصاً نوجوانوں اور سول سوسائٹی کو بدعنوانی کے خاتمے کے لیے مل کر کام کرنا ہے۔
آصف علی زرداری نے کہا کہ احتساب کلچر کے فروغ اور انسدادِ بدعنوانی کا نظام بہتر بنانے کے لیے تجاویز پیش کریں، بدعنوانی سے پاک ثقافت کی تشکیل کے لیے اجتماعی رویوں میں تبدیلی لانا ہو گی، پاکستان نے انسدادِ بدعنوانی کے بین الاقوامی فریم ورکس کی روشنی میں اہم اقدامات کیے۔
اُنہوں نے کہا کہ معاشرے سے بدعنوانی کی عادت ختم کرنے کے لیے کاوش جاری رکھنا ہو گی۔
صدرِ مملکت نے کہا کہ نیب بد عنوانی کے مقدمات کی تحقیقات اور بدعنوانی کے مضر اثرات کے بارے عوامی شعور اجاگر کرنے میں مرکزی کردار ادا کر رہا ہے۔
اُنہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ روک تھام کے ذریعے بدعنوانی کا خاتمہ بھی نیب کی اہم ذمے داری ہے، شفافیت اور دیانتداری کا ماحول تشکیل دینے کے لیے سب کو مل کر کام کرنا ہے۔

President Asif Zardari has said in his message on the International Anti-Corruption Day that corruption is a big challenge, due to its complications, all pillars of the state will have to make effective efforts.
He said that corruption undermines public trust, it leads to wastage of resources and also affects socio-economic development.
The President said that there is a need to focus on the root causes of corruption, especially the youth and civil society to work together to eradicate corruption.
Asif Ali Zardari said that to promote the culture of accountability and improve the anti-corruption system, there must be a change in collective attitudes to create a culture free from corruption. I took important steps.
He said that efforts must be continued to eradicate the habit of corruption from the society.
The President said that NAB is playing a central role in investigating corruption cases and raising public awareness about the harmful effects of corruption.
He also said that eradication of corruption through prevention is also an important responsibility of NAB, everyone has to work together to create an environment of transparency and integrity.
