Direction to fix PTI founder’s bail application hearing on November 4

بانئ پی ٹی آئی کی توشہ خانہ کیس ٹو میں ضمانت کی درخواست پر سماعت کا تحریری حکمنامہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے جج جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے جاری کر دیا۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے بانئ پی ٹی آئی کی درخواستِ ضمانت کی سماعت 4 نومبر کو مقرر کرنے کی ہدایت کر دی۔
تحریری حکمنامے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ آفس نے درخواست پر وکالت نامہ پرانا ہونے کا اعتراض عائد کیا، وکالت نامہ میں وکیل کو درخواست ضمانت بعد از گرفتاری دائر کرنے کا اختیار دیا گیا ہے۔عدالت نے کہا کہ بانئ پی ٹی آئی کی درخواست پر آفس کا اعتراض دور کیا جاتا ہے، ٹرائل کورٹ کا درخواستِ ضمانت مسترد کرنے کا تصدیق شدہ آرڈر نہ ہونے کا بھی اعتراض عائد کیا گیا، بانئ پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل نے تصدیق شدہ آرڈر کی کاپی عدالت میں پیش کر دی ہے۔
حکمنامے میں یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ ٹرائل کورٹ کے آرڈر کی کاپی متعلقہ آفس میں جمع کرائی جائے، آفس درخواستِ ضمانت پر نمبر لگا کر کیس پیر کو سماعت کے لیے مقرر کرے۔

The order also said that a copy of the order of the trial court should be submitted to the concerned office, the office should mark the bail application and schedule the case for hearing on Monday.
