Attack on former Chief Justice Faiz Isa’s car in London, Interior Minister orders investigation

وفاقی وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی نے لندن میں سابق چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی گاڑی پر حملے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے پاکستان ہائی کمیشن کے حکام کو فوری تحقیقات کا حکم دے دیا۔وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ لندن میں سابق چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اور پاکستانی ہائی کمیشن کی گاڑی پر حملہ قابل مذمت ہے، نادرا کو حملہ آوروں کی شناخت کیلئے فوری اقدامات کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ فوٹیجز کے ذریعے حملہ آوروں کی نشاندہی کی جائے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ حملہ آوروں کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی جائے گی، ان کے خلاف پاکستان میں ایف آئی آر درج کر کے مزید کارروائی ہوگی اور ان کے شناختی کارڈ بلاک و پاسپورٹ منسوخ کئے جائیں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ حملہ آوروں کی شہریت فوری منسوخ کرنے کی کارروائی کی جائے گی، شہریت منسوخی کا کیس منظوری کیلئے وفاقی کابینہ کو بھیجا جائے گا، کسی کو بھی ایسے حملے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا سکتی۔
وفاقی وزیر داخلہ کا کہنا تھا کہ لندن میں پاکستانی ہائی کمشنر کی کار پر بھی حملہ ہوا، اس پر خاموش نہیں بیٹھ سکتے، سابق چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کو دھمکیوں کا سامنا تھا تو سکیورٹی کیوں فراہم نہیں کی گئی، اس کی بھی تحقیقات کی جائیں گی۔

He said that legal action will be taken against the attackers, further action will be taken by filing an FIR against them in Pakistan and their identity cards will be blocked and their passports will be cancelled.
He said that action will be taken to cancel the citizenship of the attackers immediately, the case of cancellation of citizenship will be sent to the federal cabinet for approval, no one can be allowed to carry out such an attack.
The Federal Interior Minister said that the car of Pakistani High Commissioner was also attacked in London, they cannot remain silent on this, former Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa was facing threats, so why was security not provided. This will also be investigated.
