حیدر آباد میں جلسے سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا کہ شہید بی بی نظریے، منشور اور مشن کے ساتھ وطن واپس آئی تھیں، شہید بے نظیر نے وفاقی عدالت بنانی تھی، وفاقی عدالت نے پاکستان کے بنیادی حقوق کا تحفظ کرنا تھا۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ ہم نے صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے ذریعے ون یونٹ توڑا، شہید بی بی کی خواہش تھی عدالتوں سے بھی ون یونٹ کا نظام ٹوٹ جائے، بی بی شہید کا وعدہ پورا کرنے جا رہا ہوں۔
چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی نے کہا کہ سب کا مطالبہ ہے کہ برابری کی نمائندگی ہو، جب تک عدالت اپنی مرضی کے مطابق چلے گی تب تک عوام کو انصاف نہیں ملے گا، ماضی میں ہمارے ججز نے آمروں کا ساتھ دیا، انصاف دینا ہے تو آئین اور قانون کے ساتھ چلنا ہو گا۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ عوام کو فوری انصاف کی فراہمی ترجیح ہے، وفاقی آئینی عدالت میں برابری کی نمائندگی ہو گی، آج سیاسی جماعتوں کے لیے ایک امتحان ہے، پوری کوشش ہے آئین سازی اتفاق رائے سے کریں، آئین سازی کے لیے دن رات محنت کر رہا ہوں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جو کام قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کیا تاریخ انہیں یاد رکھے گی، جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ نے بہادری سے فیض آباد دھرنے کیخلاف فیصلہ دیا، کوئی اور جج جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ جیسا فیصلہ نہیں کر سکتا تھا، جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ سے پہلے تمام چیف جسٹس ڈرتے تھے۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ مولانا فضل الرحمان ترمیم کیلئے ووٹ ڈالیں، اگر مولانا فضل الرحمان پی ٹی آئی کو ساتھ لانا چاہتے ہیں تو سب مل کر آئینی بینچ بناتے ہیں، سیاسی جماعتیں آج کا نہیں، مستقبل بارے سوچیں۔
چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی نے کہا کہ ہم سب کو پارلیمان کی عزت میں اضافہ کرنا چاہئے، یہ تمام سیاسی جماعتوں کے لیے آخری موقع ہے ہوش کے ناخن لیں، جو آئین سازی ہوئی اسی کے مطابق ہونی چاہیے۔
