تفصیلات کےمطابق چوہدری پرویز الہٰی حاضری کے لئے اینٹی کرپشن کورٹ میں پیش ہوئے،عیر قانونی بھرتیوں کے کیس میں آج بھی فرد جرم عائد نہ ہو سکی، پرویز الہی کے شریک ملزم حیدر شفاعت کی غیر حاضری کے باعث فرد جرم عاید نہ ہو سکی،عدالت نے ملزم حیدر شفاقت کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کر دیئے،اینٹی کرپشن کورٹ کے جج سردار محمد اقبال ڈوگر سماعت کی،پرویز الہٰی کی جانب سے عامر سعید راں اور مختار احمد رانجھا ایڈووکیٹ پیش ہوئے۔
چودھری پرویز الہٰی کا کہناتھا کہ پاکستان میں سیاست کی کنجی آج بھی عمران خان کے ہاتھ میں ہے، عمران خان اور تحریک انصاف کے رہنماؤں و کارکنوں پر جتنے مرضی جھوٹے پرچے کروا لیں لیکن اب ظلم کے بادل چھٹنے والے ہیں،عدلیہ پر پورا یقین ہے، انشاء اللہ جلد ہی عمران خان دوبارہ عوام کے درمیان ہوں گے۔
عمران خان کی دشمنی میں صحت کارڈ سکیم ختم کر کے پنجاب حکومت روزانہ ہزاروں غریب مریضوں کو موت کے منہ میں دھکیل رہی ہے،پنجاب کے کاشت کار آج رُل گئے ہیں، کوئی ان کا والی وارث نہیں،آج دوسروں کیلئے اناج اگانے والوں کے اپنے گھروں کے چولہے بجھ رہے ہیں.
