Misbehavior of Afghan consulate officials, Pakistan strongly protested in front of Afghan authorities

افغان قونصلیٹ کے عہدیداروں کو وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور نے آج رحمت العالمین کانفرنس پر پشاور میں دعوت دی تھی جس میں افغان قونصل جنرل محب اللہ شاکر پاکستان کے قومی ترانے کے دوران سفارتی پروٹوکول کی دھجیاں اڑاتے ہوئے بے شرمی کے ساتھ اپنی سیٹ پر بیٹھے رہے۔
قومی ترانے کا احترام نہ کر کے افغان قونصل جنرل محب اللہ شاکر نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ اسکو پاکستان اور پاکستانی قوم کا کوئی احترام نہیں یہ غیر معمولی واقع ہے اور سفارتی آداب کے بالکل برخلاف ہے کسی مہذب معاشرے میں ایسی حرکت خلاف تہذیب ہوتی ہے۔
ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ اس شخص کو ناپسندیدہ شخص قرار دے کر پاکستان سے بھیجا جائے اس کے علاوہ دعوت دینے والی خیبرپختونخوا حکومت پر بھی سوال اٹھتا ہے کہ کیا انہیں پاکستان کی عزت اور سفارتی آداب کا کوئی خیال نہیں ہے۔
افغان قونصل جنرل کا پاکستان کے قومی ترانے کے احترام میں کھڑے نہ ہونے کے معاملہ پر دفتر خارجہ نے افغان حکام کے سامنے شدید احتجاج کیا۔
ترجمان دفتر خارجہ کا کہنا تھا کہ اسلام آباد اور کابل میں افغان حکام تک اپنا شدید احتجاج پہنچا رہے ہیں، میزبان ملک کے قومی ترانے کی بے عزتی سفارتی اصولوں کے خلاف ہے۔
ترجمان دفتر خارجہ نے مزید کہا کہ افغانستان کے قائم مقام قونصل جنرل کا یہ فعل قابل مذمت ہے۔

By disrespecting the national anthem, Afghan Consul General Muhibullah Shakir has announced that he has no respect for Pakistan and the Pakistani nation.
Experts say that this person should be declared as an undesirable person and sent from Pakistan. Apart from this, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government who invited the guest is also questioned as to whether they have no regard for Pakistan’s honor and diplomatic etiquette.
The Foreign Office strongly protested in front of the Afghan authorities on the matter of the Afghan Consul General not standing in respect of the national anthem of Pakistan.
The spokesman of the Foreign Office said that they are conveying their strong protest to the Afghan authorities in Islamabad and Kabul, disrespecting the national anthem of the host country is against diplomatic principles.
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office further said that this action of the Acting Consul General of Afghanistan is condemnable.
