PTI is recognized as a political party by the Election Commission

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نے رجسٹرڈ سیاسی جماعتوں کی نئی تازہ فہرست جاری کر دی جس میں پاکاستان تحریک انصاف کو بطور سیاسی جماعت تسلیم کر لیا گیا۔ نئی فہرست کے مطابق الیکشن کمیشن میں 166 سیاسی جماعتیں رجسٹرڈ ہیں، الیکشن کمیشن نے مسلم لیگ ن کے انٹراپارٹی انتخابات تسلیم کرلیے۔
الیکشن کمیشن کاکہنا ہے کہ میاں نواز شریف مسلم لیگ ن کے صدر ہیں، میاں نواز شریف بلامقابلہ مسلم لیگ ن کے صدر منتخب ہوئے تھے۔ الیکشن کمیشن نے جماعت اسلامی کے انٹرا پارٹی الیکشن بھی تسلیم کر لیے، الیکشن کمیشن نے کئی سیاسی جماعتوں کے نئے پارٹی صدر یا چیئرمین کے نام بھی اپ ڈیٹ کر دیئے۔
الیکشن کمیشن نے تحریک انصاف کو سیاسی جماعت تسلیم کرلیا، تحریک انصاف تاحال رجسٹرڈ سیاسی جماعتوں کی فہرستوں میں موجود ہے ، تحریک انصاف بغیر صدارت سیاسی جماعتوں کی فہرست میں شامل ہے ، تحریک انصاف کے انٹرا پارٹی انتخابات تاحال الیکشن کمیشن نے منظور نہیں کئے۔
تحریک انصاف انٹرا پارٹی انتخابات کا کیس تاحال زیر التواء ہے اور انٹرا پارٹی انتخابات نہ ہونے کے باعث بلے کے انتخابی نشان سے محروم ہے۔ نئی فہرست میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کےپارٹی چیئرمین کا نام تاحال اپ ڈیٹ نہیں کیا گیا، الیکشن کمیشن نے میاں نواز شریف کا نام بطور صدر مسلم لیگ ن اپ ڈیٹ کر دیا جبکہ جماعت اسلامی کے امیر نعیم الرحمان خان کا نام بطور پارٹی سربراہ اپ ڈیٹ ہوگیا۔
اسی طرح محمود خان کا نام بطور چیئرمین پاکستان تحریک انصاف پارلیمنٹیرین نئی فہرست میں شامل ہوگیا جبکہ صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری کا نام بطور صدر پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی پارلیمنٹیرین موجود ہے۔

The Election Commission of Pakistan has released a new updated list of registered political parties in which Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has been recognized as a political party. According to the new list, 166 political parties are registered in the Election Commission.

Tehreek-e-Insaf’s case of intra-party elections is still pending and due to non-election of intra-party elections, it is deprived of the electoral symbol of the bat. In the new list, the name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party chairman has not been updated yet, the Election Commission has updated the name of Mian Nawaz Sharif as the president of Muslim League-N, while the name of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Naeem-ur-Rehman Khan has been updated as the party chief. .
Similarly, the name of Mahmood Khan as Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarian has been included in the new list while the name of President Asif Ali Zardari is there as President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian.
