Suicide blast by Fitna al-Khawarij outside Islamabad court, 12 people martyred, 27 injured

اسلام آباد کچہری کے باہر فتنہ الخوارج کے خود کش دھماکے میں 12 افراد شہید اور 27 افراد زخمی ہوگئے۔
دنیا نیوز کے مطابق اسلام آباد میں آج دوپہر تقریباً ساڑھے 12 بجے جوڈیشل کمپلیکس میں کھڑی گاڑی میں زور دار دھماکا ہوا جس کی آواز دور دور تک سنی گئی جبکہ دھماکے سے گاڑی میں آگ لگ گئی اور قریب کھڑی گاڑیاں بھی آگ کی لپیٹ میں آگئیں۔ابتدائی اطلاعات کے مطابق دھماکے کے نتیجے میں 12 افراد شہید اور 27 سے زائد افراد زخمی ہوئے ہیں جن میں وکلا اور سائلین بھی شامل ہیں، ہسپتال ذرائع کے مطابق بیشتر زخمیوں کی حالت تشویشناک ہے۔
پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق دھماکا خودکش تھا اور جائے وقوعہ سے خودکش حملہ آور کا سر بھی مل چکا ہے، کچہری کے باہر دھماکے میں ہندوستانی حمایت یافتہ اور افغان طالبان کی پراکسی فتنہ الخوارج ملوث ہے۔
پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ دھماکے کے وقت کچہری ایریا میں لوگوں کی آمدورفت زیادہ تھی جس سے سائلین بھی زخمی ہوئے، زخمیوں کو فوری طبی امداد کے لیے پمز ہسپتال منتقل کردیا گیا ہے، دھماکے کے بعد علاقے کو گھیرے میں لے لیا گیا ہے۔
کچہری کے باہر دھماکے کے بعد عمارت خالی کرا لی گئی، وکلا، ججز اور سائلین کو کچہری سے نکال دیا گیا، جوڈیشل کمپلیکس کے عقبی حصے کی طرف سے شہریوں اور وکلا کو نکالا گیا، ججز کو بھی روانہ کر دیا گیا۔
وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی ضلع کچہری پہنچ گئے، آئی جی اسلام آباد پولیس سے بریفنگ لی۔
صدرِ مملکت آصف علی زرداری اور وزیراعظم نے اسلام آباد ڈسٹرکٹ جوڈیشل کمپلیکس کے قریب خودکش دھماکے کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہوئے زخمیوں کی جلد صحت یابی کے لیے دعا اور فوری علاج کی ہدایت کی۔
صدر آصف علی زرداری نے کہا کہ دہشت گرد عناصر پاکستان کے امن و استحکام کے دشمن ہیں، وطنِ عزیز سے بیرونی پشت پناہی میں سرگرم دہشت گردوں کا مکمل خاتمہ کیا جانا ضروری ہے۔
محسن نقوی نے کہا کہ پہلی ترجیح میں خودکش حملہ آور کی شناخت کریں گے، کل وانا میں بھی گاڑی سوار خودکش حملہ آور انٹری پوائنٹ پر پھٹا،وہاں بھی علاقے کی کلیئرنس جاری ہے، وانا اٹیک میں افغانستان ملوث ہے، کمیونیکیشن ہوتی رہی، کچہری حملہ میں ملوث کرداروں کو بھی سامنے لایا جائے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آج کے حملے بہت سی چیزوں کے ساتھ لنک ہیں، جلد شواہد سامنے لائیں گے، آج کے وقت میں اس حملے کے بہت سے میسیجز ہیں، جو جو ملوث ہو گا دوسرے ملک سے بھی کوئی ہوا تو کسی کو بھی معاف نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
محسن نقوی نے کہا کہ خودکش بمبار یہاں آکر کھڑا رہا، پہلے خود کش حملہ آور اندر جا کر دھماکے کی کوشش کر رہا تھا، حملہ آور کو اندر جانے کا راستہ نہیں مل رہا تھا، اس کے بعد پولیس کی گاڑی آئی تو اس نے اس پر حملہ کیا، کچہری میں داخل ہونے والے ہر شخص کی چیکنگ ہوتی ہے، دو ہفتے بعد کوئی بھی گاڑی ای ٹیگ کے بغیر اسلام آباد داخل نہیں ہو گی۔
وفاقی وزیر داخلہ نے کہا کہ ہمیں اندازہ ہے کہ افغانستان کیا کررہا ہے مگر سکیورٹی پر کوئی سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا جائے گا، جس نے کچہری واقعہ کیا اسے بھگتنا پڑے گا، افغانستان گئے ہیں اور ان کو شواہد دیئے ہیں کہ کیسے لوگ وہاں ٹرینڈ ہو رہے ہیں اور اس کے بعد حملے ہوتے ہیں، افغانستان کے شر پسند عناصر کو نہ روکنے پر کوئی چارہ نہیں کہ ان کا بندوبست کریں۔

According to police sources, the explosion was a suicide attack and the head of the suicide bomber has also been found at the scene. Fitna al-Khawarij, a proxy of the Indian-backed and Afghan Taliban, was involved in the explosion outside the court.
Police say that there was a lot of traffic in the court area at the time of the explosion, which also injured civilians. The injured have been shifted to PIMS Hospital for immediate medical attention. The area has been cordoned off after the explosion.
After the explosion outside the court, the building was evacuated, lawyers, judges and the public were removed from the court, citizens and lawyers were removed from the back of the judicial complex, and the judges were also sent away.

After that, when a police vehicle came, he attacked it. Everyone entering the Kutchery is checked. After two weeks, no vehicle will enter Islamabad without an E-tag.
