شفقت علی خان نے یہ بھی بتایا کہ سمجھوتہ ایکسپریس میں 40پاکستانیوں کے قتل کے ذمہ داروں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں نہیں لایا گیا، بھارت کے دوسرے ممالک میں قاتل اسکواڈ کا سب کو علم ہے، ممبئی حملوں اور پٹھان کوٹ کے مقدمے کا فیصلہ بھارتی ہچکچاہٹ کی وجہ سے نہیں ہو سکا۔
