اسلام آباد:وفاقی وزیر توانائی سردار اویس لغاری نے معشیت سکڑنے کا سارا ملبہ توانائی پر ڈال دیا،کہتے ہیں کروڑوں روپے کی اووربلنگ کی جا رہی ہے، معیشت کی آدھی سے زائد خرابی بجلی کے شعبے کی نااہلی کی وجہ سے ہے۔اسلام آباد میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ بجلی کے شعبے میں نقصانات سب سے بڑا چیلنج ہے، ڈسکوز کے نقصانات 560 ارب سے زائد ہیں، ڈسکوز میں بیٹھے افسران ملازمین بھی شعبے کی خرابی کا باعث ہیں، ڈسکوز کے 20 فیصد ملازمین بجلی چوری نا اہلی میں ملوث ہیں، ملک ان چوروں لٹیروں کا بوجھ مزید برادشت نہیں کر سکتا۔اویس لغاری نے کہا کہ بجلی چوروں کے خلاف کارروائیاں جاری ہیں، کروڑوں روپے کی اووربلنگ کی جا رہی ہے،  23 اپریل سے پہلے پہلے ہر لائن مین ایس ڈی او کیلئے احکامات ہیں کہ ایس ڈی او اور لائن میں چل کر ہر فیڈرز پر کنڈے چیک کریں گے، بورڈز کو مکمل اختیارات دے رہے ہیں ان کے فیصلوں کے وہ ذمہ دار ہوں گے اگر بجلی کا شعبہ ٹھیک ہو جائے تو معیشت ٹھیک ہو سکتی ہے۔وزیر توانائی نے کہا کہ وزیر اعظم کی ہدایت پر گزشتہ دو تین ہفتوں مکمل جائزہ لیا ہے، پاور سیکٹر سے متعلق ریفارمز کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے، ریفارمز سے متعلق تفصیلات آئندہ ہفتے بتائی جائیں گی، سولر یونٹ کی قیمت کو ریشنلائزیشن ضروری ہو گئی ہے، دیکھنا ہو گا کیوں غریب آدمی پر کیسپٹی کا بوجھ پڑے؟۔اویس لغاری نے کہا کہ آئندہ ہفتے تک نئے بورڈز سے متعلق فیصلہ کابینہ سے ہو جائے گا، ڈسکوز کی نجکاری ضروری ہے کہیں نہیں لکھا ہوا سیکرٹری وزیر ان کو چلائے، نقصانات میں چلنے والی ڈسکوز کی نجکاری ہوگی اور ہر حال میں ہوگی، آج سے ایک ماہ کے بعد ڈسکوز کے بورڈ کارکردگی پر جواب دہ ہوں گے۔
