وفاقی دارالحکومت اسلام آباد میں نیو گوادر انٹرنیشنل ایئرپورٹ کی تکمیل کی تقریب منعقد ہوئی، وزیراعظم پاکستان شہبازشریف اور چینی وزیراعظم لی چیانگ نے تقریب میں خصوصی شرکت کی، تقریب میں پاکستان اور چین کے درمیان مفاہمتی یادداشتوں پر دستخط ہوئے، سی پیک ورکنگ گروپ سے متعلق مفاہمتی یادداشت کی دستاویز، گوادر پر 7ویں جوائنٹ ورکنگ گروپ اجلاس کے نکات کی دستاویز، دونوں ملکوں میں سمارٹ کلاس رومز کے حوالے سے دستاویز کا تبادلہ کیا گیا۔ تقریب کے دوران پاکستان اور چین میں انسانی وسائل کی ترقی سے متعلق دستاویز، اطلاعات اور مواصلات کے شعبوں میں تعاون سے متعلق مفاہمتی یادداشت، دونوں ملکوں میں آبی وسائل کے شعبے میں مفاہمتی یادداشت، سلامتی کے شعبہ میں تعاون بڑھانے کی دستاویز، غذائی تحفظ کے شعبہ میں مفاہمتی یادداشت کا بھی تبادلہ کیا گیا۔
پاکستان اور چین نے سیکیورٹی، تعلیم، زراعت، انسانی وسائل کی ترقی اور سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی سمیت متعدد شعبوں میں دوطرفہ تعاون کو مزید مضبوط بنانے پر اتفاق کرتے ہوئے طے شدہ 13 مفاہمت کی یادداشتوں اور دستاویزات کا تبادلہ کیا ہے، وزیر اعظم شہباز شریف اور چینی وزیر اعظم لی چیانگ کے درمیان وفود کی سطح پر ہونے والی بات چیت کے بعد آج وزیراعظم ہاؤس میں منعقدہ تقریب میں ایم او یوز ، معاہدوں اور دستاویزات کا تبادلہ کیا گیا، دونوں وزراء اعظم اپنے اپنے وفود کے ہمراہ اس موقع پر موجود تھے۔ وفاقی وزیراقتصادی امور احد خان چیمہ اور چین کے وزیر تجارت وانگ وینتائو نے سمارٹ کلاس رومز پراجیکٹ کی حوالگی سے متعلق ایم او یوکی دستاویز کا تبادلہ کیا،سی پیک مشترکہ کوآرڈینیشن کمیٹی (جے سی سی) کے 13ویں اجلاس کےمنٹس سے متعلق ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر منصوبہ بندی، ترقی و خصوصی اقدامات احسن اقبال اور چین کے نیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ ریفارم کمیشن کے وائس چیئرمین لیو سوشو نے کیا، سی پیک کے تحت گوادر پر مشترکہ ورکنگ گروپ کے 7ویں اجلا س کےمنٹس سے متعلق ایم او یو کا تبادلہ وزیر منصوبہ بندی، ترقی و خصوصی اقدامات احسن اقبال اور چین کے نیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ ریفارم کمیشن کے وائس چیئرمین لیو سوشو نے کیا ۔
سی پیک روزگار کے فروغ کےلئے تعاون کے ایم او یو کا تبادلہ وزیر منصوبہ بندی، ترقی و خصوصی اقدامات احسن اقبال اور چین کے نیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ ریفارم کمیشن کے وائس چیئرمین لیو سوشو نے کیا، اطلاعات اور مواصلات کے شعبوں میں باہمی تعاون کے فروغ کے لئے ایم او یو کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر اقتصادی امور احدچیمہ اور چین کے انٹرنیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ کوآپریشن ایجنسی کے چیئرمین لیو جائو ہوئی نے کیا، پانی کی تنصیبات کا تحفظ ، فلڈکنٹرول اور آفات میں کمی سے متعلق باہمی تعاون کے سمجھوتے کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر اقتصادی امور احد خان چیمہ اور چین کے انٹرنیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ کوآپریشن ایجنسی کے چیئرمین لیو جائو ہوئی نے کیا۔ سلامتی کے شعبے میں تعاون کے ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر اقتصادی امور احد خان چیمہ اور چین کے انٹرنیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ کوآپریشن ایجنسی کے چیئرمین لیو جائو ہوئی نے کیا، جی ڈی آئی کے تحت انسانی وسائل کی ترقی پر لیٹر آف ایکسچینج کے ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر اقتصادی امور احد خان چیمہ اور چین کے انٹرنیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ کوآپریشن ایجنسی کے چیئرمین لیو جائو ہوئی نے کیا، اسلام آباد میں آگ بجھانے والی گاڑیوں سے متعلق معاونتی پروگرام کے لیٹر آف ایکسچینج ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیر اقتصادی امور احد خان چیمہ اور چین کے انٹرنیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ کوآپریشن ایجنسی کے چیئرمین لیو جائو ہوئی نے کیا۔ چین کو جانوروں کے گوشت کی برآمد سے متعلق قرنطینہ تقاضوں سے متعلق پروٹوکول کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی وزیرغذائی تحفظ راناتنویر حسین اور پاکستان میں چین کے سفیر جیانگ ژائی ڈونگ نے کیا، مشترکہ لیبارٹریوں کی مشترکہ معاونت سے متعلق ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ سیکرٹری سائنس اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی ساجد بلوچ اور پاکستان میں چین کے سفیر جیانگ ژائی ڈونگ نے کیا۔ مشترکہ ٹی وی پروگراموں کی تیاری سے متعلق ایم او یو کی دستاویز کا تبادلہ وفاقی سیکرٹری اطلاعات و نشریات عنبرین جان اور پاکستان میں چین کے سفیر جیانگ ژائی ڈونگ نے کیا، اس موقع پر سٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان اور پیپلز بینک آف چائنہ کے درمیان کرنسی کے تبادلے کے معاہدے کا بھی اعلان کیا گیا۔ تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے چینی وزیراعظم لی چیانک نے کہا کہ پاکستان کی ترقی کیلئے چین اپنا کردار ادا کرتا رہےگا، گوادر انٹرنیشنل ایئرپورٹ کی تکمیل اہم سنگ میل ہے، منصوبے کی تکمیل کیلئے پاک چین افرادی قوت کی کاوشیں قابل ستائش ہیں، گوادر پاک چین مضبوط دوستی کا عکاس ہے۔ تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم پاکستان شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ گوادر پاک چین دوستی کا عکاس ہے، پاکستانی ترقی کے لیے چین کے تختہ عزم کے معترف ہیں، پاکستان اور چین کےدرمیان متعدد مفاہمتی یادداشتوں کا تبادلہ ہوا، دوطرفہ معاہدے پاکستان چین کےدرمیان نئے باب کا اضافہ ہیں، گوادر انٹرنیشنل ایئرپورٹ دونوں ملکوں کی مضبوط دوستی کا مظہر ہے، گوادر ائیر پورٹ سی پیک کے گلدستے میں ایک اور پھول کا اضافہ ہوگا۔

Pakistan and China have exchanged 13 memoranda of understanding and documents, agreeing to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields including security, education, agriculture, human resource development and science and technology, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and MoUs, agreements and documents were exchanged in a ceremony held at the Prime Minister’s House today after the delegation-level talks between Chinese Premier Li Chiang, both the Prime Ministers along with their respective delegations were present on the occasion. Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema and China’s Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao exchanged the MoU document related to the handover of the Smart Classrooms project, the MoU related to the minutes of the 13th meeting of the CPEC Joint Coordination Committee (JCC). The document was exchanged by Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Measures Ahsan Iqbal and Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission, Liu Sushu, of the MoU related to the 7th meeting of the Joint Working Group on Gwadar under CPEC. The exchange was done by Minister of Planning, Development and Special Measures Ahsan Iqbal and Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission Liu Sushu.
The MoU of cooperation for the promotion of CPEC employment was exchanged by Minister of Planning, Development and Special Measures Ahsan Iqbal and Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, Liu Sushu, for the promotion of mutual cooperation in the fields of information and communication. The MoU was exchanged between the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema and the Chairman of the International Development Cooperation Agency of China, Liu Jiaohui. Khan Cheema and Chairman of International Development Cooperation Agency of China Liu Jiaohui did. The MoU document on cooperation in the security sector was exchanged between Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema and Chairman of International Development Cooperation Agency of China Liu Jiaohui, Letter of Exchange on Human Resource Development under GDI. The OU document was exchanged by Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema and the Chairman of International Development Cooperation Agency of China, Liu Jiao Hui, in Islamabad. Federal Minister of Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema and Chairman of International Development Cooperation Agency of China Liu Jiaohui. Protocol document on quarantine requirements for export of animal meat to China was exchanged by Federal Minister for Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain and Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zhaidong, MoU document on joint support of joint laboratories was exchanged by Secretary Science and Technology Sajid Baloch and Ambassador of China to Pakistan Jiang Zhaidong. The MoU document related to the production of joint TV programs was exchanged by the Federal Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Ambrin John and the Ambassador of China to Pakistan, Jiang Zhaidong. An exchange agreement was also announced. Addressing the ceremony, Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang said that China will continue to play its role for the development of Pakistan. The completion of Gwadar International Airport is an important milestone. It is a reflection of strong friendship. Addressing the ceremony, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Gwadar is a reflection of Pakistan-China friendship, Pakistan recognizes China’s commitment to development, Pakistan and China have exchanged several memorandums of understanding, bilateral agreements between Pakistan and China are a new chapter. Gwadar International Airport is a manifestation of the strong friendship between the two countries, Gwadar Airport will add another flower to the bouquet of CPEC.
