چیف جسٹس سپریم کورٹ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا ہے کہ گالم گلوچ کا کلچر اب ختم تو نہیں ہو سکتا لیکن کم ضرور ہو سکتا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کا کہنا تھا کہ عدالتی رپورٹنگ بہت مشکل کام ہے، بعض اوقات عدالتی رپورٹنگ میں ایسا ایسا ماضی کا پس منظر بیان کیا جاتا ہے جو ہم بھول چکے تھے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کیس کا فیصلہ ہو چکا ہے، اس لئے اب اس پر رائے دی جا سکتی ہے،لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کیس کے فیصلے میں 627 پیرا گراف اور سپریم کورٹ نے 963 پیرا گراف لکھے، فوجداری مقدمات میں اتنا طویل فیصلہ شاید اور کوئی موجود نہ ہو۔

He said that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case has been decided, so now it can be given an opinion, Lahore High Court wrote 627 paragraphs in Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case judgment and Supreme Court wrote 963 paragraphs, in criminal cases. There may not be another such long decision.
