نائب وزیراعظم اور وزیرخارجہ اسحاق ڈار نے کرغزستان میں طلبہ پر ہونے والے حملے کے معاملے پر انکوائری کمیٹی بنانے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ فیکٹ فائنڈنگ کمیٹی ہوگی جس کا نوٹی فکیشن آج ہی جاری کردیا جائے گا۔اسلام آباد میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے نائب وزیراعظم اور وزیرخارجہ اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ گزشتہ روز میں آستانہ میں شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے وزرائے خارجہ کونسل کے اجلاس میں شریک تھا اور اس دوران میں نے کرغزستان میں ہمارے سفیر حسن علی ضیغم کو پیغام بھجوایا کہ وہ اجلاس کے بعد کرغز وزیر خارجہ سے ملاقات کا اہتمام کریں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم اجلاس کے بعد کرغزستان کے وزیرخارجہ سے ملاقات کی جس میں ان سے پاکستانی طلبہ پر حملے کے معاملے پر گفتگو کی اور ان سے درخواست کی کہ میں فوری طور پر بشکیک جاکر وہاں طلبہ کو دیکھنا چاہتا ہوں جس پر انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھے تھوڑا وقت دیں۔
اسحاق ڈار کا کہنا تھا کہ کرغز وزیر خارجہ نے اپنے صدر سے بات کی جس پر انہوں نے مجھے ویلکم کہا اور پھر میں اپنے کرغز ہم منصب کے ساتھ ہی آستانہ سے بشکیک روانہ ہوا جہاں میں نے کرغزستان کے نائب وزیراعظم سے تفصیلی ملاقات کی۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ کرغز انتظامیہ نے فسادات کے بارے میں تفصیلی بریفنگ دی، کرغزستان کے صدر نے بشکیک فسادات پر سخت نوٹس لیا، فسادات کے ذمہ داروں کا تعین کرکے گرفتار کرلیا گیا، بشکیک میں حالات مکمل طور پر معمول پر آگئے ہیں۔
نائب وزیراعظم و وزیرخارجہ نے کہا ہے کہ کرغزستان میں زخمی ہونے والے تین میں سے دو پاکستانی طلبہ کو ہسپتال سے ڈسچارج کیا جا چکا ہے جبکہ ایک طالب علم ابھی تک زیرعلاج ہے۔
اسحاق ڈار کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ بشکیک فسادات کے بعد طلبہ خوف کا شکار ہیں، فسادات کے بارے میں فیکٹ فائنڈنگ کمیٹی بنائی ہے، بشکیک میں 1100 کے قریب پاکستانی ورکز کام کر رہے ہیں، پاکستانی ورکرز ایجنٹ کے ذریعے بشکیک گئے، کرغزستان کے نائب وزیراعظم نے ان ورکرز کو ویزہ جاری کرنےکا وعدہ کیا۔

He said that the Kyrgyz administration gave a detailed briefing about the riots, the president of Kyrgyzstan took strict notice of the riots in Bishkek, those responsible for the riots were identified and arrested, and the situation in Bishkek has completely returned to normal.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister has said that two of the three Pakistani students who were injured in Kyrgyzstan have been discharged from the hospital, while one student is still undergoing treatment.
Ishaq Dar further said that after the Bishkek riots, the students are suffering from fear, he has formed a fact-finding committee about the riots, about 1100 Pakistani workers are working in Bishkek, Pakistani workers went to Bishkek through an agent, the deputy of Kyrgyzstan.
