A FIR has been filed against Former Deputy Ameer TLP for threatening the Chief Justice.

چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کو جان سے مارنے کی دھمکی پر تحریک لبیک پاکستان کے نائب امیر کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا۔ ٹی ایل پی کے نائب امیر پیر ظہیر الحسن شاہ کیخلاف تھانہ قلعہ گجر سنگھ میں ایس ایچ او حماد حسین کی مدعیت میں مقدمہ درج کیا گیا۔ ٹی ایل پی کے نائب امیر سمیت 1500 کارکن پر مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے۔
مقدمے میں انسداد دہشتگردی ایکٹ، مذہبی منافرت، فساد پھیلانے، عدلیہ پر دباؤ ڈالنے، اعلیٰ عدلیہ کو دھمکی، کار سرکار میں مداخلت اور قانونی فرائض میں رکاوٹ ڈالنے کی دفعات شامل کی گئی ہیں۔ ایف آئی آر کے مطابق پریس کلب کے باہر احتجاج میں پیر ظہیر الحسن نے اعلیٰ عدلیہ کیخلاف نفرت پھیلائی، ٹی ایل پی نائب امیر نے جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ کا سر لانے والے کو 1 کروڑ روپے دینے کا اعلان کیا۔

A case has been registered against Naib Amir of Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan for threatening to kill Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa. A case was registered against TLP Naib Amir Pir Zaheerul Hasan Shah in Qila Gujar Singh police station on the complaint of SHO Hammad Hussain. A case has been registered against 1500 workers including the TLP vice-chairman.
The case includes provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act, religious hatred, sedition, pressure on the judiciary, intimidation of the higher judiciary, interference with government and obstruction of statutory duties. According to the FIR, in the protest outside the press club, Pir Zaheerul Hassan spread hatred against the Supreme Judiciary.
