PTI’s announcement of a complete boycott of the voting process on the constitutional amendment

پی ٹی آئی کی سیاسی کمیٹی کا چیئرمین بیرسٹر گوہر کی زیر صدارت اجلاس ہوا، جس میں کمیٹی نے ‏نہایت غیرشفاف اور متنازعہ ترین انداز میں دستور میں ترمیم کے عمل کا حصہ نہ بننے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
اعلامیے کے مطابق پی ٹی آئی سینیٹ اور قومی اسمبلی دونوں ایوانوں میں آئینی ترمیم پر رائے شماری کے عمل کا مکمل بائیکاٹ کرے گی، پارٹی پالیسی کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے رائے شماری میں حصہ لینے والے تحریک انصاف کے اراکینِ قومی اسمبلی اور سینیٹ کے خلاف بھرپور احتجاج کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
سیاسی کمیٹی نے کہا کہ ‏انتخاب پر کھلا ڈاکہ ڈالنے اور عوام کا مینڈیٹ ہتھیا کر ایوانوں پر قابض ہونے والے گروہ کے پاس آئین کو بدلنے کا کوئی اخلاقی، جمہوری اور آئینی جواز نہیں ہے، ‏مینڈیٹ چور سرکار اور اس کے سرپرست آئین میں ترامیم کے ذریعے ملک میں جنگل کے قانون کو نافذ کرنا اور جمہوریت کو زندہ درگور کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
پی ٹی آئی سیاسی کمیٹی کا کہنا ہے کہ ‏تحریک انصاف روزِ اوّل سے ان متنازعہ ترین ترامیم کی مخالف اور انہیں ملک کے مستقبل کیلئے تباہ کن سمجھتے ہوئے ان کی مزاحمت میں مصروفِ عمل ہے اور دستور کا چہرہ مسخ کرنے کے اس بیہودہ عمل اور اس پر دونوں ایوانوں میں رائے شماری سے مکمل طور پر الگ رہے گی۔
اعلامیے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی‏ عمران خان اور تحریک انصاف کے ٹکٹس پر سینیٹ اور قومی اسمبلی کا حصہ بننے والے اراکین پارٹی پالیسی اور عمران خان کی ہدایت پر عمل کے پابند ہیں، ‏تحریک انصاف کے کارکن پارٹی پالیسی سے روگردانی کرتے ہوئے سینیٹ یا قومی اسمبلی میں کسی بھی انداز میں رائے شماری میں حصہ لینے والے اراکین کی رہائشگاہوں کے باہر پرامن دھرنے دیں گے۔
سیاسی کمیٹی نے کہا کہ ‏بدترین ظلم، فسطائیت اور ترغیب و لالچ کا مقابلہ کر کے عمران خان کے ساتھ وفا نبھانے اور آئینی ترامیم پر پارٹی پالیسی کا پابند رہنے والے اراکینِ پارلیمان عوام کے دل جیتیں گے۔

PTI’s political committee held a meeting under the chairmanship of Barrister Gohar, in which the committee decided not to be part of the constitution amendment process in a very non-transparent and controversial manner.
According to the announcement, PTI will completely boycott the referendum process on the constitutional amendment in both the Senate and the National Assembly. The protest has been decided.
The Political Committee said that the group that has openly cheated the elections and occupied the Houses by grabbing the mandate of the people has no moral, democratic and constitutional justification to change the constitution, the mandate stealing government and its patron constitution amendments. They want to enforce the forest law in the country and keep democracy alive.
The PTI Political Committee says that Tehreek-e-Insaf is opposed to these most controversial amendments from the first day and considering them as destructive for the future of the country, it is engaged in resisting them and this senseless act of distorting the face of the Constitution and its But it will remain completely separate from the referendum in both houses.
The statement said that the members who are part of Senate and National Assembly on tickets of founder PTI Imran Khan and Tehreek-e-Insaf are bound to follow the party policy and Imran Khan’s directives, Tehreek-e-Insaf workers should avoid party policy. While doing so, the Senate or the National Assembly will allow peaceful sit-ins outside the residences of members participating in the polls in any manner.
The political committee said that the parliamentarians who are loyal to Imran Khan and adhere to the party policy on constitutional amendments by fighting the worst cruelty, fascism and temptation will win the hearts of the people.
