PTI’s announcement to go to the Supreme Judicial Council

پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) نے سپریم کورٹ میں ایڈہاک ججز لانے کے فیصلے کیخلاف سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل جانے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ ایڈ ہاک ججز کی تقرری کے معاملے پر قومی اسمبلی میں اپوزیشن لیڈر عمر ایوب اور اپوزیشن لیڈر سینیٹ سینیٹر شبلی فراز نے جوڈیشل کمیشن کو خط لکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے ، خط میں جوڈیشل کمیشن سے ایڈہاک ججز کی تقرری پر مخالفت سے باقاعدہ آگاہ کیاجائےگا۔
اسلام آباد میں پی ٹی آئی اور سنی اتحاد کونسل کی مشترکہ پارلیمانی پارٹی کے اجلاس کے بعد پارٹی رہنماؤں کے ہمراہ میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی بیرسٹر گوہر کا کہنا تھا کہ پی ٹی آئی 70 فیصد پاکستانیوں کی ترجمان جماعت ہے، اس پر پابندی حکومت کے ختم ہونے کا کاؤنٹ ڈاؤن ہوگا۔

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to go to the Supreme Judicial Council against the decision to bring ad-hoc judges in the Supreme Court. On the issue of appointment of ad-hoc judges, the opposition leader in the National Assembly Umar Ayub and the opposition leader Senate Senator Shibli Faraz have decided to write a letter to the Judicial Commission.
Talking to the media along with the party leaders after the joint parliamentary party meeting of PTI and Sunni Ittehad Council in Islamabad, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar said that PTI is the representative party of 70 percent of Pakistanis. The ban will be a countdown to the end of the government.
