Senior Punjab Police officer has become a role model for Pakistani women.

پنجاب پولیس کی سینئر افسر رفعت بخاری پاکستان میں خواتین کے لیے رول ماڈل بن گئی ہیں کیونکہ انہیں انٹرنیشنل ایسوسی ایشن آف ویمن پولیس کی جانب سے ایکسی لینس ان پرفارمنس ایوارڈ کے لیے منتخب کیا گیا ہے۔
ایک پریس بیان کے مطابق، اس وقت پنجاب سیف سٹیز اتھارٹی میں خدمات انجام دے رہی ہیں، رفعت بخاری کا اس باوقار ایوارڈ کے لیے انتخاب ان کی کمیونٹی کے لیے ان کی غیر معمولی خدمات کو اجاگر کرتا ہے۔ یہ سالانہ ایوارڈ دنیا بھر سے ایک خاتون پولیس افسر کو ان کے شعبے میں نمایاں خدمات کے اعتراف میں دیا جاتا ہے۔
رفعت بخاری کو خواتین کے تحفظ، مجرموں کو پکڑنے میں مصنوعی ذہانت کے استعمال، ٹریفک مینجمنٹ کے ذہین نظام کی ترقی، اور روڈ سیفٹی کے اقدامات پر عمل درآمد سمیت مختلف شعبوں میں ان کی نمایاں خدمات پر تسلیم کیا گیا۔
انٹرنیشنل ایسوسی ایشن آف ویمن پولیس کی صدر ڈیبرا فریڈل نے ایس ایس پی رفعت بخاری کو خصوصی خط بھیجا جس میں اس عالمی اعزاز کے لیے منتخب ہونے پر مبارکباد اور خراج تحسین پیش کیا گیا۔ “آپ کا انتخاب عالمی سطح پر آپ کی خدمات کا اعتراف ہے،” ڈیبرا فریڈیل نے لکھا۔
آئی جی پنجاب ڈاکٹر عثمان انور نے کہا کہ ایس ایس پی رفعت بخاری کی مثالی کامیابی تمام پولیس افسران بالخصوص خواتین افسران کے لیے باعث فخر ہے۔
رفعت بخاری کو یہ ایوارڈ امریکی ریاست شکاگو میں اس سال ستمبر میں ہونے والی انٹرنیشنل ایسوسی ایشن آف ویمن پولیس کی 61ویں سالانہ کانفرنس میں دیا جائے گا۔

Rifat Bukhari, a senior officer of the Punjab Police, has become a role model for women in Pakistan as she has been selected for the Excellence in Performance Award by International Association of Women Police.
According to a press statement, currently serving in the Punjab Safe Cities Authority, Rifat Bukhari’s selection for this prestigious award highlights her exceptional service to her community. This annual award is bestowed upon a female police officer from around the world in recognition of her outstanding contributions to her field.
Rifat Bukhari was recognized for her remarkable services in various areas, including women’s protection, the use of artificial intelligence in apprehending criminals, the development of intelligent traffic management systems, and the implementation of road safety measures.
Debra Friedel, President of the International Association of Women Police, sent a special letter to SSP Rifat Bukhari, extending her congratulations and tributes for being selected for this global honor. “Your selection is a recognition of your service on a global scale,” wrote Debra Friedel.
The exemplary achievement of SSP Rifat Bukhari is a source of pride for all police officers, particularly women officers, stated IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar.
The award will be presented to Rifat Bukhari at the 61st Annual Conference of the International Association of Women Police in Chicago, USA, scheduled for September this year.
