Punjab government takes major step to implement National Action Plan

صوبہ پنجاب میں نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر عملدرآمد، پنجاب حکومت نے تمام پارلیمانی پارٹیوں کو ایک پیچ پر لے لیا۔
دہشت گردی کے خاتمہ ،نیشنل ایکشن پلان کےفیصلوں پر عملدرآمد پر اجلاس ہوا، محکمہ داخلہ پنجاب میں لیگل ریویو سٹرنگ کمیٹی کا پہلا اجلاس، صوبائی وزیر قانون ملک صہیب احمد بھرتھ نے اجلاس کی صدارت کی۔
مسلم لیگ ق سے چودھری شافع حسین، پی پی پی سے سید علی حیدر گیلانی، پی ٹی آئی سے احمد بھٹی اور آئی پی پی سے غضنفر عباس چھینہ کی شرکت کی، سی ڈی ٹی، قانون، پراسیکیوشن ، قانون نافذ کرنیوالے اداروں کے افسران بھی شریک ہوئے۔
سی آر پی سی، پی پی سی ،قانون شہادت میں دہشت گردی سےمتعلق قوانین میں تبدیلیوں کا فیصلہ کیا گیا، دہشت گردی سے متعلق کرمینل جسٹس سسٹم میں موجود خامیوں کو دور کرنے کا فیصلہ بھی ہوا، سی ڈی ٹی کو قوانین میں ضروری تبدیلیاں کرنے سے متعلق ٹاسک سونپ دیا گیا.
صوبائی وزیر قانون صہیب احمد بھرتھ کا کہنا تھا کہ وزیراعلیٰ نے تمام پارلیمانی پارٹیوں کو کمیٹی کا ممبر بنایا ،پنجاب حکومت سنجیدگی سے نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر عمل کر رہی ہے۔
صوبہ کے بارڈرایریاز میں نئی چیک پوسٹس بنائی جا رہی ہیں،سیف سٹی کے کیمروں کا دائرہ کار صوبہ بھر میں پھیلایا جا رہا ہے،بارڈر ایریا فورس میں ایک ہزار نئی بھرتیاں کی گئی ہیں۔

A meeting was held to implement the decisions of the National Action Plan to eradicate terrorism, the first meeting of the Legal Review String Committee was held in the Punjab Home Department, Provincial Law Minister Malik Sohaib Ahmed Bharath presided over the meeting.
Chaudhry Shafi Hussain from the Muslim League-Q, Syed Ali Haider Gilani from the PPP, Ahmed Bhatti from the PTI and Ghazanfar Abbas Chheena from the IPP participated, officers of the CDT, law, prosecution and law enforcement agencies also participated.
It was decided to make changes in the laws related to terrorism in the CrPC, PPC, and the Shahadat Act, it was also decided to remove the shortcomings in the criminal justice system related to terrorism, the CDT was assigned the task of making necessary changes in the laws.
Provincial Law Minister Sohaib Ahmed Bharath said that the Chief Minister has made all parliamentary parties members of the committee, the Punjab government is seriously implementing the National Action Plan. New check posts are being built in the border areas of the province, the scope of Safe City cameras is being expanded throughout the province, and 1,000 new recruitments have been made in the Border Area Force.
