Chief Minister KP’s letter to the Prime Minister for the release of the arrested citizens of the province

وزیراعلی خیبر پختونخوا نے اسلام آباد میں صوبے کے شہریوں کی گرفتاریوں پر تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے ان کی فوری رہائی کے لیے وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کو خط لکھ دیا۔
خط کے متن کے مطابق حالیہ واقعات کے بعد خیبر پختونخوا کے شہریوں کو نشانہ بنایا گیا، غیرقانونی گرفتار خیبر پختونخوا کے شہریوں کو فوری رہا کیا جائے۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے خط میں بتایا کہ اسلام آباد میں پشتون کمیونٹی کو طویل عرصے سے اہم چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے، پشتون کمیونٹی پر بےبنیاد مقدمات بنا کر پکڑ دھکڑ کی گئی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پشتون کمیونٹی دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ سے متاثر ہوکر بے گھر ہوئے ہیں، یہ ضروری ہے کہ سیاسی اختلافات کو کسی خاص نسل کی پسماندگی کا باعث نہ بننے دیا جائے۔
دوسری جانب پی ٹی آئی کے 24 نومبر کے احتجاج کے دوران گرفتار ملزمان کو تاخیر سے عدالت میں پیش کرنے پر اے ٹی سی راولپنڈی کے جج نے سخت برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے آر پی او راولپنڈی کو شوکاز نوٹس جاری کردیا، عدالت نے ملزمان کو بروقت عدالت پیش نہ کرنے پر آر پی او راولپنڈی سے جواب طلب کرلیا۔

Expressing concern over the arrests of citizens of the province in Islamabad, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has written a letter to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for their immediate release.
According to the text of the letter, after the recent incidents, the citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were targeted, the illegally arrested citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should be released immediately.
The Chief Minister said in the letter that the Pashtun community in Islamabad has been facing significant challenges for a long time.
He said that the Pashtun community has been affected by the war on terror and has been displaced, it is important that political differences are not allowed to lead to the marginalization of a particular race.
On the other hand, the judge of ATC Rawalpindi expressed his anger over the late presentation of the accused arrested during the November 24 PTI protest and issued a show cause notice to RPO Rawalpindi. The court sought an answer from RPO Rawalpindi for not appearing.
