بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا کہ طے ہوا تھا کہ پی ایس ڈی پی مشاورت سے بنائی جائے گی، میں 26 ویں ترمیم میں مصروف تھا حکومت نے پیٹھ پیچھے کینالز کی منظوری دی، ہم نئے کینالز پر اتفاق نہیں کرتے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ حالات ایسے ہیں کہ سیاسی استحکام آسانی سے آسکتا ہے، پیپلز پارٹی سی ای سی نے حکومت میں شامل نہیں ہونا، قانون سازی پر پوری طرح سے مشاورت ہونی چاہیے، یہ عجب ہے کہ پہلے فلور پر بل پھر مجھے کاپی دی جائے۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ سیاست عزت کے لیے ہوتی ہے، سیاست میں ناراضگی نہیں ہوتی، حکومت کے ساتھ ناراضگی کا سوال ہی نہیں، وفاق میں نہ عزت دی جاتی ہے، نہ سیاست کی جاتی ہے۔ چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی نے کہا کہ دنیا میں حکومت پارٹنرز کے ساتھ معاہدوں پر عمل کرتی ہے، ہم دیکھیں گے کہ معاہدے پر عمل درآمد کیا ہوا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ وفاقی حکومت نے آئین سازی کے وقت برابری کی باتیں کیں، جوڈیشل کمیشن سے احتجاجا الگ ہوا، میں اگر جوڈیشل کمیشن میں ہوتا تو آئینی بینچ میں فرق پر بات کرتا، میں نے اپنا نام جوڈیشل کمیشن سے احتجاجاً واپس لیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آئین سازی کے وقت حکومت کی گئی اپنی باتوں سے پیچھے ہٹ گئی، دیہی سندھ سے سپریم کورٹ میں ججز ہوتے تو برابری کی بات کرتا، ہمیں انصاف کے سب سے بڑے ادارے میں برابری کی نمائندگی چاہئے۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ ایک ملک میں دو نظام نہیں چل سکتے، وفاقی آئینی بینچ میں الگ سندھ کے لیےالگ طریقہ اختیار کیا گیا، سندھ کے ساتھ بار بار تفریق، الگ سلوک نظر آتا ہے، چیف جسٹس، آئینی بینچ کے سربراہ کو غیر متنازعہ ہونا چاہیے۔
امریکہ کے حوالے سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ ہم پاکستان کے مفاد کو مدنظر رکھتے ہیں، امریکہ کی اپنی سیاست ہے، ہم امریکی سیاست میں ری پبلکن، ڈیموکریٹس کی طرف داری نہیں کرتے، ذاتی تعلقات سیاست میں ہوتے ہیں۔
چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی نے کہا کہ ٹرمپ کے داماد اور بیٹی کو جانتا ہوں، بی بی شہید کو بھی ٹرمپ نے کھانے پر مدعو کیا تھا، آصف علی زرداری ٹرمپ کو صدر بننے سے پہلے جانتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ذاتی تعلقات کی ڈپلومیسی میں اہمیت محدود ہوتی ہے، جیوپالیٹکس کا اثر زیادہ ہوتا ہے، پاکستان امریکہ کے تعلقات بالکل اچھے نہیں، جب وزیر خارجہ تھا اس وقت بھی امریکہ سے تعلقات زیادہ بہتر نہیں تھے، اس وقت امریکہ کے ساتھ بہتر تعلقات نہیں ہیں۔
بلاول بھٹو نے مزید کہا کہ صدر زرداری صاحب کی طبیعت بہتر ہے، ان کے پاؤں میں 4 فریکچر ہوئے، مکمل صحت یابی میں کچھ وقت لگے گا۔
