Mianwali: Terrorist attack failed in Chapri police station, 4 terrorists were killed

تھانہ چاپری میانوالی پر خوارجی دہشت گردوں کا ناکام بنادیا گیا، پولیس کی جوابی کارروائی میں 4 دہشت گرد ہلاک ہوگئے۔کے پی کے سے متصل پنجاب کی بین الصوبائی سرحد پر عیسیٰ خیل سرکل کے تھانہ چاپری پر دہشت گرد حملہ آور ہوئے، 20 سے زائد خوارجی دہشت گردوں نے بھاری اسلحہ کے ساتھ تھانہ پر اچانک حملہ کیا۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ پولیس اور خوارجی دہشت گردوں کے درمیان شدید فائرنگ کا تبادلہ ہوا، دہشت گردوں نے تھانہ کی عمارت پر راکٹ لانچرز اور ہینڈ گرنیڈز بھی پھینکے،اس دوران تھانہ چاپری کا تمام عملہ محفوظ رہا جبکہ 2 پولیس اہلکار معمولی زخمی ہوئے۔
پنجاب پولیس ترجمان کا کہنا تھا کہ پولیس کی جوابی فائرنگ سے 2 خوارجی دہشت گرد ہلاک ہو گئے، حملے کے فوری بعد پولیس ڈی پی او میانوالی اختر فاروق اور سینئر پولیس افسران موقع پر پہنچ گئے۔
