راولپنڈی: موٹر وے پولیس اہلکار کو کار سے روند کر فرار ہونے والی خاتون کو عدالت نے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھیج دیا۔موٹر وے پولیس کے اہل کار کو ٹکر مار کر فرار ہونے والی خاتون فرح کو پولیس کی جانب سے سول جج ڈاکٹر ممتاز ہنجرا کی عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا، جہاں پولیس نے گرفتار ملزمہ فرح کے 5 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ کی استدعا کی۔عدالت کو بتایا گیا کہ موٹر وے پر گاڑی تیز رفتاری سے گزارنے کا واقعہ یکم جنوری کا ہے۔ وکیل صفائی نے مؤقف دیا کہ پولیس 113 دن سے سوئی ہوئی تھی۔ سوشل میڈیا پر 112 دن بعد وڈیو وائرل ہوئی تو پولیس جاگ گئی۔ کوئی زخمی نہیں ہوا، خاتون کا آئینی طور پر جسمانی ریمانڈ نہیں دیا جاسکتا۔ یہ مقدمہ ڈسچارج کا کیس ہے ،جسمانی ریمانڈ کی درخواست خارج کی جائے۔عدالت نے دوران سماعت ریمارکس دیے کہ تفتیشی افسر جیل میں خاتون اہل کار اور جیل افسر کی موجودگی میں ملزمہ سے تفتیش کر سکتا ہے۔ عدالت نے تفتیشی افسر سے استفسار کیا کہ اقدام قتل کی دفعہ 324 کیسے لگائی؟، جس پر تفتیشی افسر نے جواب دیا کہ ملزمہ نے دانستہ گاڑی اہل کار پر قتل نیت سے چڑھائی۔ یہ گھناؤنا جرم ہے، اقدام قتل بنتا ہے۔ ملزمہ سے گاڑی کے کاغذات ریکور کرنے ہیں، آواز ٹیسٹ کرانا ہے۔بعد ازاں عدالت نے جسمانی ریمانڈ کے لیے پولیس کی استدعا مسترد کرتے ہوئے گرفتار ملزمہ فرح کو 14 روز کے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر اڈیالہ جیل بھیج دیا۔ پیشی کے موقع پر ملزمہ فرح کو پولیس کی بھاری نفری میں عدالت لایا گیا تھا۔

On the occasion of appearance, the accused Farah was brought to the court in a heavy presence of police.
