Mustafa murder case: Accused Armaghan sent to jail on judicial remand

کراچی کی انسدادِ دہشت گردی کی عدالت نے ملزم ارمغان کو عدالتی ریمانڈ پر جیل بھیج دیا۔
مصطفیٰ عامر قتل کیس کی انسدادِ دہشت گردی کی عدالت میں سماعت ہوئی۔
دورانِ سماعت پولیس نے مصطفیٰ قتل کیس کے مرکزی ملزم ارمغان کو جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ کی ہدایت پر کراچی کی انسداد دہشت گردی عدالت کی عدالت میں پیش کیا۔
تفتیشی افسر نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ ملزم کے خلاف دیگر تین مقدمات بھی قائم ہیں، ان مقدمات میں بھی ملزم ارمغان کو جیل کسٹڈی کر دیں۔
عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ باقی تین مقدمات میں ملزم کا جسمانی ریمانڈ کا آرڈر برقرار ہے، ملزم کا میڈیکل کروانے کا کہا تھا، اس کا کیا ہوا؟۔
تفتیشی افسر نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ ملزم کا میڈیکل 20 مارچ کو کروایا گیا، رپورٹ موجود ہے، ملزم نے جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے 164 کا بیان نہیں دیا۔
عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ ملزم نے تو خود اعتراف جرم کا کہا تھا۔
اس پر ملزم ارمغان نے عدالت میں اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ بیان ریکارڈ کرانا چاہتا تھا، جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ نے منع کر دیا۔
عدالت نے ملزم سے مکالمہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس دن سے آپ کی حالت بہت بہتر ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ اس سے قبل ملزم ارمغان نے جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے اعترافِ جرم سے انکار کیا تھا۔
ملزم کے انکار پر جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ نے ملزم کو اے ٹی سی میں پیش کرنے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔

During the hearing, the police presented the main accused Armaghan in the Mustafa murder case before the Karachi Anti-Terrorism Court on the instructions of the Judicial Magistrate.
The investigating officer told the court that there are three other cases against the accused, in these cases too, the accused Armaghan should be remanded in jail custody.
The court inquired that the physical remand order of the accused in the remaining three cases is still in force, the accused had asked to undergo a medical examination, what happened to it?
The investigating officer told the court that the medical examination of the accused was conducted on March 20, the report is available, the accused did not give a statement under 164 before the Judicial Magistrate.
The court inquired that the accused himself had confessed to the crime.
On this, the accused Armaghan said in his statement in the court that he wanted to record the statement, the Judicial Magistrate refused.
The court, while talking to the accused, said that his condition has improved a lot since that day.
It should be remembered that earlier, accused Armaghan had refused to confess to the crime before the judicial magistrate.
Upon the accused’s refusal, the judicial magistrate had directed that the accused be produced before the ATC.
