Azad Kashmir Council sends letter of gratitude to Trump for offering mediation to resolve Kashmir issue
آزاد جموں و کشمیر کونسل کے ممبران نے امریکی صدر کے کشمیر پر ثالثی کے بیان کا خیر مقدم کرتے ہوئے شکریہ کا خط لکھ دیا۔
مسئلہ جموں و کشمیر پر امریکی صدر ڈولڈ ٹرمپ کے حالیہ کے بیان کا ممبران کشمیر کونسل شجاع خورشید راٹھور، یونس میر، عدنان سیاب خالد، سردار عبدالرزاق، خواجہ طارق سعید اور ملک حنیف نے خط لکھ کر خیر مقدم کیا ہے۔
کونسل اراکین نے کہا ہے کہ ٹرمپ کی ثالثی کی پیشکش اہم پیش رفت ہے، مسئلہ کشمیر کا حل عالمی برادری کی ذمے داری ہے، پاک بھارت کشیدگی میں کمی قابل تحسین ہے، ٹرمپ کا مسئلہ کشمیر کے پرامن حل میں دلچسپی کا اظہار خوش آئند ہے، امریکہ کا کردار جنوبی ایشیا میں امن کا ضامن بن سکتا ہے۔
ارکان کشمیر کونسل نے لائن آف کنٹرول پر شہریوں کو ریلیف امریکی سفارتی کوششوں کا نتیجہ قرار دے دیا جبکہ اراکین نے اپنے دستخطوں کے ساتھ خط لکھ کر امریکی صدر سے اپیل کی کہ وہ تنازع کشمیر کو حل کر کے جنوبی ایشیا میں امن کو یقینی بنائیں، خط امریکی سفارتخانے کے ذریعے وائٹ ہاؤس بھجوایا گیا ہے۔

The Kashmir Council members Shuja Khurshid Rathore, Younis Mir, Adnan Sayab Khalid, Sardar Abdul Razaq, Khawaja Tariq Saeed and Malik Hanif have written a letter welcoming the recent statement of US President Donald Trump on the Jammu and Kashmir issue.
The council members have said that Trump’s offer of mediation is an important development, the solution of the Kashmir issue is the responsibility of the international community, the reduction in Pakistan-India tensions is commendable, Trump’s expression of interest in a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue is welcome, and America’s role can be a guarantor of peace in South Asia.
The members of the Kashmir Council declared the relief to citizens on the Line of Control as the result of American diplomatic efforts, while the members wrote a letter with their signatures appealing to the US President to resolve the Kashmir dispute and ensure peace in South Asia. The letter has been sent to the White House through the US Embassy.
