انہوں نے طنز کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کرپشن وہ ہوتی جو دولت ملک سے باہر جائے منی لانڈرنگ کا جو پیسہ ملک میں آئے وہ حلال کرپشن ہوتی ہے، منی لانڈرنگ کی رقم کی بندر بانٹ کے بدلے 458 کنال زمین، 28 کروڑ نقدی اور پانچ قیراط ہیرے کی انگوٹھی وصول کرنا کرپشن نہیں ہے۔
عظمیٰ بخاری کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر یہ سب فائدے نہیں ہیں تو کیا لنگر خانے اور مسافر خانے فائدے ہوتے ہیں؟ چور کی داڑھی میں تنکا ہے اس لیے چور عدالت کے آگے آگے بھاگ رہا ہے، شوکت خانم بھی ٹرسٹ ہے القادر بھی ٹرسٹ ہے لیکن دونوں کی آڑ میں مالی فوائد کے کاروبار چل رہے ہیں۔
