In the case of murder, the court declared it admissible

سابق وفاقی وزیر چوہدری مونس الہٰی کو عدالت سے اشتہاری قرار دے دیا گیا۔
گجرات کے ایڈیشنل سیشن جج نے دوہرے قتل کے مقدمے میں مونس الہٰی کو اشتہاری قرار دیا ہے۔
پولیس کے مطابق چوہدری مونس الہٰی اور دیگر ملزمان پر 2 افراد کے قتل کا الزام ہے، ملزمان پر 28 جون 2023ء کو یاسر اور یوسف کو فائرنگ کر کے قتل کرنے کا الزام ہے۔
پولیس نے کہا کہ اسی کیس میں نامزد ملزم محمد اختر دوران ٹرائل جیل میں وفات پا گیا تھا۔
پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ چوہدری مونس الہٰی کو ملزمان کے انکشاف کے بعد کیس میں نامزد کیا گیا تھا۔
واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ روز لاہور کی اسپیشل کورٹ سینٹرل نے منی لانڈرنگ کے مقدمے میں پی ٹی آئی کے رہنما مونس الہٰی کی اہلیہ کو طلب کیا تھا۔
وکیل نے کہا تھا کہ مقدمے میں نامزد خواتین کو مستقل طور پر پیشی سے استثنیٰ دیا جائے۔
عدالت نے کہا تھا کہ پہلے ایک دو سماعتوں میں پیش ہوں جس کے بعد خواتین کی پیشی سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست منظور کر لیں گے۔

Former federal minister Chaudhry Monis Elahi was declared admissible by the court.
The Additional Sessions Judge of Gujarat has declared Monis Elahi as an accomplice in the double murder case.
According to the police, Chaudhry Munis Elahi and other accused are accused of murdering 2 persons, the accused are accused of shooting and killing Yasir and Yusuf on June 28, 2023.
The police said that the named accused in the same case, Muhammad Akhtar, had died in the trial jail.
Police said Chaudhry Monis Elahi was named in the case after the accused were revealed.
It should be noted that yesterday the Special Court Central of Lahore summoned the wife of PTI leader Monis Elahi in the money laundering case.
The lawyer had said that the women named in the case should be permanently exempted from appearing.
The court had said to appear in one or two hearings first, after which the women’s plea for exemption from appearance would be approved.
