 اسلام آباد: ترجمان پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے کہا ہے کہ چیف جسٹس کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع شرم ناک اور قابلِ مذمت ہے۔ججز تقرری آئینی ترامیم پر ردعمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے ترجمان پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ ملک میں اداروں کی جو تباہی ہو رہی ہے، ججز تقرری آئینی ترامیم اسی روایت کا تسلسل ہے۔ حکومت نے پچھلے 2 برس میں ہر وہ فیصلہ کیا ہے جس سے آئین و قانون کی بالادستی کو نقصان پہنچتا ہے اور ادارے کمزور ہوتے ہیں۔مرکزی میڈیا ڈیپارٹمنٹ پی ٹی آئی کی جانب سے جاری بیان میں ترجمان نے مزید کہا کہ موجودہ حکمران اداروں کو اس لیے کمزور کرتے ہیں تاکہ اپنے غیر قانونی اور غیر آئینی ایجنڈے کو آگے بڑھا سکیں۔ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے اپنی مدت ملازمت کے پورے عرصے کے دوران بطور چیف جسٹس جو طرزِ عمل اختیار کیا ہے وہ آئین و قانون کے حوالے سے نہایت افسوسناک اور قابلِ مذمت ہے۔

ISLAMABAD: Spokesman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has said that the extension of the tenure of the Chief Justice is shameful and condemnable. Reacting to the constitutional amendments in the appointment of judges, the spokesperson of PTI said that the institutions in the country are being destroyed. Yes, the appointment of judges constitutional amendments is a continuation of this tradition. The government has taken every decision in the last 2 years which damages the rule of law and the rule of law and weakens institutions. In a statement released by Central Media Department PTI, the spokesperson added that the current ruling institutions are weaken them so that they can advance their illegal and unconstitutional agenda. The behavior adopted by the Chief Justice of Pakistan during the entire period of his tenure as Chief Justice is very regrettable and condemnable in terms of the Constitution and the law.
