Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest warrant cancelled

انسداد دہشتگردی عدالت اسلام آباد نے وزیراعلیٰ خیبر پی کے علی امین گنڈا پور کے وارنٹ گرفتاری منسوخ کر دیئے۔ انسداد دہشت گردی اسلام آباد میں علی امین گنڈا پور کی تھانہ آئی نائن میں درج مقدمے میں جاری وارنٹ گرفتاری کی معطلی کی درخواست پر سماعت ہوئی۔
علی امین گنڈا پور نے عدالت کے سامنے سرنڈر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سرکاری مصروفیات کے باعث عدالت میں حاضر نہیں ہوسکا۔
دوران سماعت وزیراعلیٰ کے پی نے وارنٹ گرفتاری منسوخ کرنے کی استدعا کی جس پر عدالت نے علی امین گنڈا پور کی گرفتاری کے وارنٹ منسوخ کرنے کی درخواست منظور کر لی۔

The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad canceled the arrest warrant of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur. A hearing was held on the request for suspension of the ongoing arrest warrant in the case registered in the I-Nine police station of Ali Amin Gandapur in Anti-Terrorism Islamabad.
Ali Amin Gandapur while surrendering before the court said that he could not appear in the court due to official engagements.
During the hearing, Chief Minister KP requested to cancel the arrest warrant, on which the court accepted the request to cancel the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
