The court dismissed the prime minister of Thailand for wrong appointment him in cabinet

تھائی لینڈ کی عدالت نے کابینہ میں غلط تقرری پر وزیراعظم سریتھا تھاوسین کو برطرف کردیا۔ عدالتی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وزیراعظم نے ایسے وکیل کو عہدہ دے کر آئین کی خلاف ورزی کی جس نے کابینہ میں جیل کا وقت گزارا۔
عدالت کے 9 میں سے 5 ججز نے وزیراعظم سریتھا اور اس کی کابینہ کو برطرف کرنے کے حق میں ووٹ دیا۔ سابق وزیراعظم تھائی لینڈ نے کہا ہے کہ اپنی برطرفی کے عدالتی فیصلے کو قبول کرتا ہوں، میں نےایمانداری کے ساتھ اپنا کام بہترین طریقے سے کیا۔
گزشتہ ہفتے اسی عدالت نے ملک کی مقبول موو فارورڈ پارٹی کو تحلیل کردیا تھا اور پارٹی کے رہنماؤں پر 10 سال کے لیے سیاست کرنے پر بھی پابندی لگادی تھی۔ موو فارورڈ پارٹی نے گزشتہ سال کے انتخابات میں سب سے زیادہ نشستیں حاصل کی تھیں۔

Thailand’s court sacked Prime Minister Saritha Thaosin for wrongly appointing her to the cabinet. The court verdict said that the prime minister violated the constitution by appointing a lawyer who served jail time in the cabinet.
5 out of 9 judges of the court voted in favor of dismissing Prime Minister Saritha and her cabinet. The former Prime Minister of Thailand has said that I accept the court decision to dismiss me, I did my job honestly and in the best way.
Last week, the same court dissolved the country’s popular Move Forward Party and banned its leaders from politics for 10 years. The Move Forward Party won the most seats in last year’s elections.
