وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے کہا ہے کہ سیاسی مخالفت کی بنیاد پر مجھے کردار کشی کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔
ہونہار سکالر شپ پروگرام کے فیز ٹو کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ صبح جب آ رہی تھی تو لاہور کا موسم خراب تھا، نوازشریف پریشان تھے کہ موسم خراب ہے ، میں نے کہا میرے بچے میرا انتظار کررہے ہیں، جن جن بچوں کو سکالر شپس ملیں ان کو بہت بہت مبارکبادہو، مجھے لگ رہا ہے میرے ملک کا مستقبل اچھے ہاتھوں میں ہے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ ہم 30ہزار سکالر شپس دے رہے ہیں، 60فیصد سکالر شپس ہم لڑکیوں کو دے رہے ہیں، پوری کوشش ہے اگلےسال سکالر شپس کو 50ہزار تک لے کر جاؤں،امیر کا بچہ بڑی یونیورسٹیز میں جاسکتا ہے تو محنتی بچے بھی ان ہی اداروں میں پڑھ سکتے ہیں، یہ آپ کا حق تھا جو میں نے دیا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آپ کا پیسہ آپکی تعلیم پر خرچ نہ ہوا تو اس پیسے کا کیا فائدہ، لوگ کہتے ہیں یہ کون سا مریم نواز کی جیب سے جارہا ہے، یہ پیسہ پہلی حکومتوں کے پاس بھی تھا تو میرے بچوں کے پاس کیوں نہیں پہنچا، آپ اپنی فیس کو چھوڑ کر اپنی تعلیم پر توجہ دیں۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ معاشی طور پر کمزور ہونا انسان کے ہاتھ میں نہیں ہے، کسی وزیراعظم کا بیٹا جب بڑے عہدے پر پہنچتا ہے تو اس کی وجہ صرف تعلیم ہے، بچو تعلیم حاصل کرو اور بڑے بڑے عہدوں پر پہنچو اس ملک کی خدمت کرو ، آپ کی پڑھائی کیلئے جو چیزیں ضروری ہیں کوشش کریں گے وہ آپ کو دیں۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ بہت جلد میں لیپ ٹاپس بھی لیکر آرہی ہوں، ایک لاکھ بچوں کو مفت الیکٹرک بائیکس دیں گے، 100فیصد میرٹ پر یہ سکالر شپس تقسیم ہوئی ہیں، محنتی بچو ں کو یہ سکالرشپس دی گئی ہیں، ایک ماں کے طور پر مجھے احساس ہے پڑھائی کے بعد آپ پر ایک ذمہ داری ہوتی ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پڑھائی مکمل ہونے کے بعد روزگار کے مواقع فراہم کریں گے، 3 کروڑ تک قرضہ سکیم لارہے ہیں، طلبہ کی پڑھائی کے بعد کی ذمہ داری بھی میری ہے، طلبہ ہی اس ملک کا جھنڈا اُٹھانے والے ہیں، پاکستان ہمارا ملک ہے یہ ہماری عزت ہے، ملک کی باگ ڈور نوجوان نسل کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ آفس اور دوسرے اداروں میں بھی سفارش نہیں چلنے دیتی، میں نہ سفارش سنتی ہوں اور نہ ہی اس پر عمل کرتی ہوں، میں ان کا شکریہ اداکرتی ہوں جنہوں نے مجھے آگ کی بھٹی سے گزارا۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ میں نے جیل اور سزائیں بھگتی ہیں، ان جیلوں اور سزاؤں نے مجھے مزید مضبوط بنایا ہے، اب مخالفین گالی دیں یا نعرہ لگائیں مجھے فرق نہیں پڑتا، جن مخالفین نے مجھے اتنا مضبوط بنادیا ہے مجھے انکا شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہیے۔
