Knife attack in Germany, 3 people killed

جرمنی کے شہر زولنگن میں میلے کے دوران ایک شخص نے اندھا دھند چاقو سے حملے کرکے کم سے کم تین افراد کو ہلاک اور 4 دیگر کو زخمی کردیا۔ جرمنی کے مغربی شہر میں یہ واقعہ مقامی وقت کے مطابق پونے دس بجے شب پیش آیا، ملزم کو تاحال گرفتار نہیں کیا جاسکا ہے۔ چاقو زنی ایک مارکیٹ میں کی گئی جہاں اسٹیج پر موسیقی جاری تھی۔
ڈیڑھ لاکھ آبادی پر مشتمل یہ چھوٹا شہر زولنگن کولون اور ڈوزلڈورف کے قریب واقع ہے۔ اس شہر کی 650 ویں سالگرہ کی مناسبت یہ میلہ اتوار تک جاری رہنا تھا تاہم چاقو زنی کے واقعہ کے بعد علاقے کو خالی کرالیا گیا۔

A man has killed at least three people and injured four others in an indiscriminate knife attack during a festival in Solingen, Germany. This incident happened in the western city of Germany at 10:00 pm local time. The suspect has not been arrested yet. The stabbing took place in a market where music was playing on a stage.
Solingen is a small town with a population of one and a half million, located near Cologne and Dusseldorf. The festival was supposed to continue till Sunday to mark the city’s 650th anniversary, but the area was evacuated after the stabbing incident.
