Bad statement against Bilawal Bhutto: The decision to dismiss the case against Sheikh Rashid is challenged

چیئرمین پیپلز پارٹی بلاول بھٹو زرداری کے خلاف نازیبا بیان دینے کے معاملے پر سندھ حکومت نے شیخ رشید کے خلاف مقدمہ خارج کرنے کا فیصلہ چیلنج کردیا۔سندھ حکومت نے شیخ رشید کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ میں درخواست دائر کردی ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا 25 جون کا فیصلہ خلافِ قانون ہے جسے کالعدم قرار دیا جائے۔
سندھ حکومت کی درخواست میں کہا گیا ہے کہ چیمبر میں سماعت کر کے جج نے اپنا مائنڈ اپلائی نہیں کیا، شیخ رشید نے میڈیا کے سامنے بلاول بھٹو کے خلاف نازیبا زبان استعمال کی۔ درخواست میں کہا گیا ہے کہ بلاول بھٹو کے خلاف نازیبا زبان کا استعمال ملک میں صورتحال کی خرابی کا باعث بن سکتا ہے، ہائیکورٹ کا مقدمہ خارج کرنے کا فیصلہ خلافِ قانون ہے اور مزید تحقیقات کا تقاضا کرتا ہے۔
سندھ حکومت کی درخواست میں مؤقف اپنایا گیا ہے کہ ملزم نے اپنے جرم کا اعتراف کیا ہے، ایک جرم ہونے کی صورت میں دوسرے مقام پر اثرات کی بنیاد پر کارروائی ہوسکتی ہے۔

The Sindh government has challenged the decision to dismiss the case against Sheikh Rasheed on the issue of making a defamatory statement against Chairman People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. The decision of Abad High Court on June 25 is against the law and should be annulled.
In Sindh government’s application, it has been said that the judge did not apply his mind after hearing in the chamber, Sheikh Rasheed used abusive language against Bilawal Bhutto in front of the media. The petition states that the use of abusive language against Bilawal Bhutto may lead to deterioration of the situation in the country, the High Court’s decision to dismiss the case is against the law and requires further investigation.
Sindh government’s application has taken the position that the accused has confessed his crime, in case of a crime, action can be taken on the basis of consequences at another place.
