Order to transfer Bushra Bibi from Sub Jail to Adiala

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے محفوظ فیصلہ سنایا، عدالت نے گزشتہ ہفتے فریقین کے دلائل کے بعد فیصلہ محفوظ کیا تھا، عدالت نے اپنے فیصلے میں بشریٰ بی بی کو بنی گالہ سب جیل رکھنے کا 31 جنوری کا چیف کمشنر اسلام آباد کا نوٹیفکیشن کالعدم قرار دےدیا۔
یاد رہے بشریٰ بی بی نے بنی گالہ سے اڈیالہ جیل منتقلی کی درخواست دائر کررکھی تھی، عدالت کے سامنے جیل حکام نے جیل میں گنجائش نہ ہونے اور سکیورٹی ایشو کی وجہ سے منتقل نہ کرنے کی موقف اختیار تھا۔

Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb reserved the decision, the court had reserved the decision last week after the arguments of the parties. The notification was declared null and void.
It should be remembered that Bushra Bibi had filed a request for transfer from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail, before the court, the jail authorities had the authority to not transfer due to lack of capacity in the jail and security issue.
