Everything happened to block the path of one judge: Mahmood Achakzai

پشتونخوا ملی عوامی پارٹی کے سربراہ محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ ہم آئین کی بالادستی کی بات کرتے ہیں، کل جو کچھ پارلیمنٹ میں ہوا میں نے سنا، میں خاموش رہا، میں بل پیش ہونے کے بعد ہی چلاگیا تھا۔
پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس کے باہر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ کل عدلیہ پر تنقید کی گئی، الزام لگائے گئے، ایک جج کا راستہ روکنے کےلیے سب کچھ ہوا، اسپیکر غیر آئینی اقدام پر خاموش رہے۔
انھوں نے کہا عدلیہ اتنی بھی بری نہیں، اتنا آگے نہیں جانا چاہیے تھا، یہاں پر مارشل لاء لگائے گئے، کئی ایسے ججز بھی تھے جنہوں نے 4 مارشل لاء ادوار میں بھی حق کا علم بلند کیا۔
محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کئی ایسے ججز بھی تھے جنہوں نے پی سی او کے تحت حلف نہیں اٹھایا، سندھ کے جج نے ذوالفقارعلی بھٹو کے کیس میں اختلاف کیا۔
انھوں نے کہا بلوچستان کے جج نے بھی بھٹو کیس میں اختلاف کیا، تین کورٹس کے اختلاف کے باوجود بھٹو کو پھانسی چڑھایا گیا۔ جن قوتوں نے بھٹو کو پھانسی چڑھایا ان کا نام کوئی نہیں لیتا۔

Speaking to the media outside the Parliament House, Mehmood Khan Achakzai said that yesterday the judiciary was criticized, allegations were made, everything was done to block the way of a judge, the Speaker remained silent on the unconstitutional move.
He said that the judiciary is not that bad, it should not have gone so far, martial law was imposed here, there were many judges who raised the knowledge of the truth even during the 4 martial law periods.
Mehmood Khan Achakzai said there were many judges who did not take oath under PCO, Sindh judge disagreed in Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s case.
He said that the judge of Balochistan also disagreed in the Bhutto case, despite the disagreement of three courts, Bhutto was hanged. No one mentions the names of the forces that hanged Bhutto.
