UN Security Council condemns train attack, appeals to all countries to cooperate with Pakistan

اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل نے جعفر ایکسپریس پر ہونے والے بزدلانہ وسفاکانہ اور دہشت گرد حملے کی سخت ترین الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے تمام ممالک پر زور دیا کہ وہ بین الاقوامی قانون اور سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کے تحت حکومت پاکستان کے ساتھ بھرپور تعاون کریں۔
ایک بیان میں سلامتی کونسل اراکین کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ متاثرہ خاندانوں، پاکستانی حکومت اور عوام سے دلی ہمدردی، تعزیت کا اظہار، زخمیوں کی جلد اور مکمل صحت یابی کے لیے دعاگو ہیں۔
بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سلامتی کونسل اراکین ہر قسم اور ہر شکل میں دہشت گردی بین الاقوامی امن و سلامتی کے لیے سب سے سنگین خطرات قرار دینے کے عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہیں۔
سلامتی کونسل اراکین نے زور دیا کہ ان سنگین دہشت گردی کے واقعات کے مرتکب افراد، منتظمین، مالی معاونین اور سرپرستوں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے۔
سلامتی کونسل نے تمام ممالک پر زور دیا کہ وہ بین الاقوامی قانون، سلامتی کونسل قراردادوں کے تحت حکومت پاکستان کے ساتھ بھرپور تعاون کریں۔
سلامتی کونسل ارکان نے دہرایا کہ کسی بھی مقصد کے تحت کیا جانے والا دہشت گردی کا کوئی بھی عمل ناقابل قبول اور مجرمانہ ہے۔

The United Nations Security Council condemned in the strongest terms the cowardly, brutal and terrorist attack on the Jaffar Express and urged all countries to fully cooperate with the Government of Pakistan in accordance with international law and Security Council resolutions.
In a statement, the Security Council members said that they expressed their heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims, the Government and people of Pakistan, and prayed for the speedy and full recovery of the injured.
The statement said that the Security Council members reiterated their determination to declare terrorism in all its forms and manifestations as the most serious threat to international peace and security.
The Security Council members stressed that the perpetrators, organizers, financiers and patrons of these serious terrorist incidents be brought to justice.
The Security Council called on all countries to fully cooperate with the Government of Pakistan in accordance with international law and Security Council resolutions.
The Security Council members reiterated that any act of terrorism, carried out for any purpose, is unacceptable and criminal.
