Islamabad High Court orders immediate desealing of PTI office

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کی جسٹس ثمن رفعت امتیاز نے محفوظ فیصلہ جاری کیا جس میں عدالت نے کہا کہ سی ڈی اے نے 2022 اور 23 میں سابقہ مالک کو نوٹس جاری کیا اور اس کی کوئی وضاحت پیش نہیں کی جا سکی کہ پرانے مالک کو کیوں نوٹس بھیجے جاتے رہے۔
عدالتی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نوٹس یا شوکاز نوٹس کے سروس کی کوئی رسید ریکارڈ پر نہیں، سی ڈی اے کا دفتر سیل کرنے کا آرڈر بھی پی ٹی آئی کو نہیں لکھا گیا اور نہ کاپی بھیجی گئی۔ عدالت نے پی ٹی آئی سیکرٹریٹ کو فوری ڈی سیل کرنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اگر کہیں قانون کی خلاف ورزی ہو تو سی ڈی اے کارروائی کر سکتا ہے۔

Islamabad High Court Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz issued a reserved judgment in which the court said that the CDA had issued notices to the previous owner in 2022 and 2023 and no explanation could be given as to why the notice was sent to the old owner. Keep going.
The court judgment said that no receipt of service of notice or show cause notice was on record, the order to seal the office of CDA was not written to PTI nor was a copy sent. The court ordered immediate desealing of the PTI Secretariat and said that CDA can take action if there is any violation of the law.
