ڈپٹی کمشنر اسلام آباد رانا وقاص نے کہا ہے کہ اتوار بازار میں لگنے والی آگ کی شدت زیادہ ہے، سی ڈی اے اور ریسکو ادارے آگ بھجانے میں مصروف ہیں لیکن آگ کی شدت زیادہ ہونے کی وجہ سے پاکستان نیوی، ایئرفورس، دیگر اداروں سے فائر بریگیڈ کی گاڑیاں منگوالی ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کوشش کی جارہی ہے جلد از جلد آگ پر قابو پالیا جائے، آگ جوتوں اور کپڑوں کے سیکشن میں لگی، جس نے مزید دکانوں کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا۔
