وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا ہے کہ گزشتہ دور (پی ٹی آئی دورِ حکومت) میں معیشت کو تباہ کن نقصان پہنچایا گیا۔
وفاقی کابینہ کے اجلاس میں اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ گزشتہ دنوں پاکستان میں خواتین کی تعلیم کے حوالے سے شاندار کانفرنس ہوئی، جس کے لیے وزیر تعلیم، سیکرٹری تعلیم، وزیر اطلاعات و دیگر نے بہت اچھی تیاری کی ۔ کانفرنس میں او آئی سی کے سیکرٹری جنرل اور دیگر ممالک کے وزرائے تعلیم اور مہمانان نے شرکت کی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان میں خواتین کی تعلیم کے حوالے سے چیلنجز درپیش ہیں، تقریباً 22.8 ملین بچے اسکول نہیں جاتے، جس میں اکثریت بچیوں کی ہے، یہ بہت بڑا چیلنج ہے۔ تعلیم کے شعبے میں صوبوں کا اہم کردار ہے، وفاق کو صوبوں کے ساتھ مل کر تعلیم کے میدان میں درپیش چیلنجز کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لیے کام کرنا ہوگا۔
شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم نے کچھ ماہ پہلے تعلیم کے میدان میں ایمرجنسی نافذ کی تھی۔ میں وزیرتعلیم کو گزارش کروں گا کہ وہ صوبوں کے ساتھ رابطہ کاری کرکے تعلیم کے میدان میں آنے والی رکاوٹوں کو دور کریں، یہ بہت بڑی کوشش ہوگی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پی آئی اے کی پروازیں یورپ کے لیے شروع ہو چکی ہیں، چند روز قبل پیرس کے لیے پہلی پرواز روانہ ہوئی، جو بہت بڑی کامیابی ہے۔ بدقسمتی سے چند سال پہلے اس وقت کی حکومت کے وزیر ہوابازی نے پارلیمنٹ میں پاکستان کی معیشت کو تباہ کرنے کے لیے تقریر کی تھی، اس کے تباہ کن نتائج برآمد ہوئے اور پھر اس کا پاکستان کے عوام نے اور دنیا میں جانے والے مسافروں نے نقصان اٹھایا۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ اب کئی سال بعد تمام پابندیاں ختم ہو رہی ہیں اور امید ہے کہ برطانیہ میں بھی ہماری پروازیں جائیں گی۔ میں وزیردفاع خواجہ آصف، ان کی ٹیم اور سب کو مبارک باد پیش کرتا ہوں کہ آپ کی دن رات کی کاوشیں رنگ لائی ہیں۔
شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ پنجگور میں پاک ایران سرحد پر نئی کراسنگ کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے، جس سے قانونی تجارت کو فروغ ملے گا اور اسمگلنگ کی روک تھام میں مزید کامیابی حاصل ہوگی۔ اس معاملے پر برادر ملک ایران کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے اس میں بڑا کردار ادا کیا۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ کرم میں حالات اب معمول پر آ رہے ہیں۔ امن معاہدے کے بعد ایک بہت بڑا دھچکا لگا تھا، وہاں پر مورچے قائم کیے گئے تھے، جو اب مسمار کیے جا رہے ہیں اور وہاں پر خوراک و ادویات کی فراہمی کی جا رہی ہے۔ یہ ایک خوش آئند بات ہے۔ تمام اسٹیک ہولڈرز مل کر وہاں پر امن کو قائم رکھیں گے اور متحارب گروپوں میں جاری کشیدگی کو ختم کرنے کے لیے مشرکہ طور پر کردار ادا کریں گے تاکہ آئندہ ایسے واقعات دوبارہ نہ ہوں۔
کابینہ اجلاس کے شرکا سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ فتنۃ الخوارج کے خلاف افواج پاکستان کی آرمی چیف کی سربراہی دن رات کارروائیاں جاری ہیں۔ حال ہی میں بلوچستان میں انٹیلی جنس بیسڈ آپریشن میں 27 دہشت گرد جہنم رسید کیے گئے ہیں۔ اسی طرح دوسری جگہوں پر بھی آپریشن جاری ہیں، ہم سب کو احساس ہونا چاہیے کہ ان بیش بہا قربانیوں کے نتیجے میں فتنۃ الخوارج ہمیشہ کے لیے دم توڑ جائے گا اور پاکستان میں دوبارہ ویسا ہی امن قائم ہوگا، جو 2018ء میں نواز شریف کی قیادت میں قائم ہو چکا تھا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ گزشتہ دنوں ہماری میٹنگ میں وزیر توانائی نے بریفنگ دی تھی۔ اس پر ٹاسک فورس تیزی سے کام کررہی ہے۔ انہوں نے محنت کے ساتھ اپنا ہدف حاصل کیا ہے۔ ہمیں اس حوالے سے مکمل یکسو ہونا ہوگا۔
واضح رہے کہ وزیراعظم کی زیرصدارت وفاقی کابینہ کا اجلاس جاری ہے، جس میں اہم فیصلوں کی توثیق کا امکان ہے۔
وفاقی کابینہ کے اجلاس میں 8 نکاتی ایجنڈے پر بحث کی جا رہی ہے۔ اجلاس میں وفاقی اداروں میں رائٹ سائزنگ کمیٹی کی سفارشات پیش کی جائیں گی۔ علاوہ ازیں ایوی ایشن ڈویژن کو وزارت دفاع کے ماتحت کرنے کی سمری منظوری کے لیے پیش کی جائے گی جب کہ نارکوٹکس ڈویژن کو وزارت داخلہ میں ضم کرنے کی منظوری بھی دی جاے گی۔
اس کے علاوہ وفاقی کابینہ کے اجلاس میں ای سی سی کے فیصلوں کی توثیق کی جاے گی ۔

Shahbaz Sharif said that we had imposed emergency in the field of education a few months ago. I would request the Minister of Education to coordinate with the provinces to remove the obstacles in the field of education, it will be a huge effort.

Addressing the participants of the Cabinet meeting, the Prime Minister further said that the operations of the Pakistan Army under the leadership of the Chief of Army Staff are continuing day and night against Fitna-ul-Khawarij. Recently, 27 terrorists have been killed in an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan. In the same way, operations are going on in other places, we all should realize that as a result of these many sacrifices, Fitna-ul-Khawarij will die forever and the same peace will be established in Pakistan again, which was achieved by the leadership of Nawaz Sharif in 2018. I had been established. He said that the energy minister had given a briefing in our meeting in the past few days. The task force is working on it fast. They have achieved their goal with hard work. We have to be completely united in this regard.
It should be noted that the meeting of the Federal Cabinet under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister is going on, in which important decisions are likely to be ratified.
The 8-point agenda is being discussed in the federal cabinet meeting. The recommendations of the right sizing committee in federal institutions will be presented in the meeting. Apart from this, the subordination of the Aviation Division to the Ministry of Defense will be submitted for summary approval, while the merger of the Narcotics Division into the Ministry of Interior will also be approved.
Apart from this, the decisions of the ECC will be ratified in the federal cabinet meeting.
