عمران خان کا کہنا ہے کہ علی امین گنڈاپور اور بیرسٹر گوہر کے ذریعے آفر آئی کہ احتجاج ملتوی کردیں سب ٹھیک ہوجائے گا۔
اڈیالہ جیل میں میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ میں نے خود سمیت انڈر ٹرائل لوگوں کی رہائی کا مطالبہ کر رکھا تھا تاکہ مذاکرات کی سنجیدگی کا پتہ چل جائے، یہ ڈیمانڈ وہ تھی جو فوری طور پر پوری ہوسکتی تھی جو انہوں نے نہیں کی۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ مذاکرات چلتے رہتے ہیں مگر یہ پتہ چل گیا کہ یہ سنجیدہ نہیں تھے، یہ صرف احتجاج ملتوی کروانا چاہتے تھے۔
انکا کہنا تھا کہ ہائی کورٹ نے کل ضمانت منظور کی حکومت کے پاس سنہری موقع تھا کہ مجھے رہا کر دیتے۔بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ واضح ہو گیا کہ حکومت مجھے انگیج کر کے معاملے کو طول دینا چاہتی ہے اور یہ بھی واضح ہو گیا کہ اصل طاقت جس کے پاس ہے اسی نے یہ سب کیا، یہ سب کچھ یہ بتانے کےلیے کیا گیا کہ وہ جو چاہیں کریں وہ قانون سے بالاتر ہیں۔
انکا کہنا تھا کہ میں جیل میں ہوں اور مجھ پر کیسز پر کیسز بنائے جا رہے ہیں اسی کو بنانا ریپبلک کہتے ہیں۔ وکلاء، ججز، مزدوروں، سول سوسائٹی سب کو پیغام دے رہا ہوں کہ 24 نومبر کو احتجاج کےلیے نکلیں۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ ہائی کورٹ ضمانت منظور کرتی ہے اور یہاں پہلے سے طے ہو جاتا ہے کہ رہائی نہیں دینی۔
سابق وزیراعظم کا کہنا تھا کہ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم مکمل نافذ ہو گئی تو کہیں سے ریلیف نہیں ملے گا، ہمارے پاس زندہ قوم کی طرح احتجاج کے سوا کوئی راستہ نہیں۔ 24 نومبر کو بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کا ریکارڈ احتجاج ہوگا کیونکہ وہ آزاد ملکوں میں رہتے ہیں۔

Talking to the media in Adiala Jail, the PTI founder said that I had demanded the release of the under-trial people including myself to show the seriousness of the negotiations, this demand was one that could be met immediately. They didn’t.
The founder PTI said that the talks were going on but it was found that they were not serious, they just wanted to postpone the protest.
He said that the High Court granted bail yesterday, the government had a golden opportunity to release me. It was said that the one with the real power did all this, all this was done to show that they are above the law to do whatever they want.
He said that I am in jail and cases are being made against me, this is called building a republic. I am giving a message to lawyers, judges, workers, civil society to protest on November 24.
Founder PTI said that the High Court grants bail and here it is predetermined not to grant release.
The former prime minister said that if the 26th constitutional amendment is fully implemented, there will be no relief from anywhere, we have no option but to protest like a living nation. On November 24, there will be a record protest by Pakistanis living abroad because they live in independent countries.
