Election Commission to give reserved seats to PTI immediately after Supreme Court’s clarification, Barrister Gohar

پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے چیئرمین بیرسٹر گوہر علی کا کہنا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ کی وضاحت کے بعد الیکشن کمیشن فوری پی ٹی آئی کی مخصوص نشستیں دے۔
بیرسٹر گوہر نے مخصوص نشستوں سے متعلق کیس میں سپریم کورٹ کی وضاحت پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا۔
جیو نیوز سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے سے ہمیں خوشی ہوئی، سپریم کورٹ ججز کی وضاحت سے امید ہے آئین کی بالادستی ہو گی۔
بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ کی وضاحت کے بعد اب پی ٹی آئی کو مخصوص نشستیں ملنی چاہئیں، سپریم کورٹ کا آئین کی بالادستی کے لیے کردار اہم ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ مخصوص نشستوں کے کیس پر سپریم کورٹ کا اکثریتی فیصلہ دینے والے 8 ججوں نے دوسری مرتبہ وضاحت جاری کردی ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے دوسری بار وضاحت الیکشن کمیشن کی درخواست پر دی گئی، جس میں کہا گیا کہ الیکشن ایکٹ میں ترمیم سے 12 جولائی کا فیصلہ غیر مؤثر نہیں ہو سکتا، الیکشن ایکٹ میں ترمیم کے ماضی سے اطلاق کو وجہ بنا کر فیصلہ غیر مؤثر نہیں ہوسکتا۔

Barrister Gauhar expressed satisfaction over the Supreme Court’s clarification in the reserved seats case.
Talking to Geo News, PTI Chairman said that we are happy with the decision of the Supreme Court, we hope that the Supreme Court Judges’ explanation will give supremacy to the Constitution.
Barrister Gauhar said that after the clarification of the Supreme Court, now PTI should get specific seats, the role of the Supreme Court is important for the supremacy of the Constitution.
It should be noted that the 8 judges who gave the majority decision of the Supreme Court on the case of specific seats have issued an explanation for the second time.
The Supreme Court clarified for the second time on the request of the Election Commission, which said that the decision of July 12 cannot be invalidated by amending the Election Act. May not be effective.
