‘Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme’ Maryam Nawaz

مسلم لیگ ن کے صدر نوازشریف اور وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے اپنی چھت اپنا گھر سکیم کی افتتاحی تقریب میں خصوصی شرکت کی۔
اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے مریم نواز ریف نے کہا کہ نوازشریف صاحب کا دل سے شکریہ ادا کرتی ہوں، نوازشریف نے میری درخواست کو مانا اور یہاں تشریف لائے، یہ تقریب نوازشریف کے بغیر ادھوری رہتی، نوازشریف نے 1980 کی دہائی میں خواب دیکھا، اپنا گھر اپنی چھت سکیم نوازشریف نے شروع کی۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ نوازشریف مجھے ہدایت کرتے ہیں کہ سارا وقت آپ کی خدمت کیلئے لگاؤں، خوابوں کو پورا کرنے کیلئے محنت کرنی نوازشریف سے سیکھی، آج قرض کی قسط دینے جا رہے ہیں، یہ 700 بلین روپے کا منصوبہ ہے، ہم نے اس منصوبے کو چھوٹے لیول سے شروع کیا تھا۔
وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ نوازشریف کی حکومت پر لوگوں کا اعتماد ہے، ہمیں اس منصوبے کیلئے پنجاب بھر سے 5 لاکھ درخواستیں موصول ہوئیں، 5 لاکھ درخواستوں کو دیکھتے ہوئے 5 لاکھ قرضے دینے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے، اس منصوبے سے 5 لاکھ گھر بن سکیں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شہروں میں 5 مرلے اور دیہاتوں میں 10 مرلے زمین والوں کو قرض دے رہے ہیں، شناختی کارڈ، زمین کا کاغذ دکھائیں اور قرضہ لے جائیں، ہم 15 لاکھ تک کے قرضے دے رہے ہیں، ہم سال میں 1 لاکھ گھروں کیلئے قرضے دیں گے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ ہمیں بہت غریب طبقوں سے بھی درخواستیں موصول ہوئی ہیں، 15 لاکھ قرض لینے پر 9 سال میں قرض ادا کرنا ہوگا، اس قرض سکیم میں کوئی سود نہیں دینا، سکیم کے تحت آج لوگوں کو قرض کی قسط دی جائے گی، ڈیڑھ ماہ کی قلیل مدت میں اس پراجیکٹ کی پہلی قسط دینے جا رہے ہیں۔
وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ ہم دن رات عوام کی خدمت کر رہے ہیں، ملک ٹیک آف کرنے کی پوزیشن پر آگیا ہے، ملک میں مہنگائی میں کمی ہوئی ہے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ اب بھی کچھ لوگ انتشار پھیلانے میں مصروف ہیں، ہم کام کر رہے ہیں مگر وہ ذمہ داریوں پر توجہ کے بجائے گالیاں دے رہے ہیں، صوبے پر توجہ کی بجائے جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور مرجاؤ، ماردو کی بات کر رہے ہیں۔

Chief Minister Punjab said that people have faith in Nawaz Sharif’s government, we received 5 lakh applications from all over Punjab for this project, considering 5 lakh applications, we have decided to give 5 lakh loans, 5 lakh houses will be built from this project. will be able to
He said that 5 marla in cities and 10 marla in villages are giving loans to land owners, show ID card, land paper and take loan, we are giving loans up to 15 lakhs, we are giving loans for 1 lakh houses in a year. Will give loans.
Maryam Nawaz said that we have also received requests from very poor sections, for taking a loan of 15 lakhs, the loan will have to be paid in 9 years, no interest will be given in this loan scheme, under the scheme, the loan installment will be given to people today. , are going to deliver the first installment of this project in a short period of one and a half months.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said that we are serving the people day and night, the country has reached the position of take-off, the inflation has reduced in the country.
Maryam Nawaz said that some people are still busy spreading chaos, we are working, but instead of focusing on responsibilities, they are abusing, instead of focusing on the province, they are talking about burning and killing.
