Order for immediate release of Shoaib Shaheen

اے ٹی سی کے ڈیوٹی جج طاہر عباس سپرا نے شعیب شاہین کی ضمانت بعد از گرفتاری منظور کر لی۔
عدالت نے تھانہ سنگجانی میں درج مقدمے میں شعیب شاہین کی ایک لاکھ روپے مچلکوں کے عوض ضمانت بعد از گرفتاری منظور کی ہے۔
انسداد دہشتگردی عدالت اسلام آباد کے ڈیوٹی جج طاہرعباس سپرا نے شیر افضل مروت، شعیب شاہین، شیخ وقاص اکرم، زین قریشی اور دیگر کی درخواست ضمانت پر سماعت کی۔
ڈیوٹی جج طاہر عباس سپرا نے کہا کہ پراسیکیوٹر راجا نوید نہیں آئے اس لیے سماعت ایک دن بعد ہو جائے گی جبکہ وکیل صفائی کا کہنا تھا ایم این ایز سب جیل میں ہیں لیکن شعیب شاہین اور دیگر ورکرز تو جیل میں ہیں، مقدمے میں پولیس اہلکار کو مارنے کا ذکر ہے مگر ساتھ میڈیکل سرٹیفکیٹ موجود نہیں ہے، شعیب شاہین پر پستول کا الزام ہے مگر برآمدگی ایک ڈنڈے کی ہوئی ہے۔
جج طاہر عباس سپرا نے استفسار کیا کہ ڈنڈے کی ریکوری کہاں لکھی ہوئی ہے؟ جس پر وکیل صفائی نے کہا کہ گزشتہ روز اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں تفتیشی افسر نے بتایا کہ شعیب شاہین سے ڈنڈا ملا۔
انسداد دہشتگردی عدالت کے جج نے کہا کہ ڈیوٹی جج صرف ارجنٹ نوعیت کا ہی مقدمہ سن سکتا ہے، کوشش ہوگی شعیب شاہین کی درخواست ضمانت پر آج ہی فیصلہ کروں، شعیب شاہین کے بارے میں کہا گیا بٹیر نہیں پکڑ سکتے، پھر پستول کا الزام ڈال دیا گیا۔
بعدازاں ڈیوٹی جج طاہرعباس سپرا پی ٹی آئی رہنما شعیب شاہین کی ضمانت بعد از گرفتاری منظور کرتے ہوئے انہیں فوری رہا کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔
