Debts of countries affected by climate change should be waived: Prime Minister

وزیرِ اعظم میاں محمد شہباز شریف نے کہا ہے کہ بڑھتی ہوئی غربت اور قرضے اجتماعیت کے تصور کو دھندلا رہے ہیں، ماحولیاتی تبدیلیوں سے متاثرہ ممالک کے واجب الادا قرضے معاف کیے جائیں۔
وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف نے اقوامِ متحدہ کے سمٹ آف دی فیوچر سے پہلے ورچوئل اجلاس گلوبل کال سے خطاب کیا۔
انہوں نے خطاب کے دوران کہا کہ دورِ حاضر میں اجتماعیت کے تصور کو مستقل خطرات کا سامنا ہے، اجتماعیت، مساوات اور انصاف ہمارا مشترکہ تصور ہونا چاہیے، دنیا کو آج بڑھتے ہوئے تنازعات، چیلنجز اور عدم مساوات کا سامنا ہے۔
وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف کا کہنا ہے کہ پائیدار ترقی کے حصول کے لیے عالمی فریم ورک میں اصلاحات کی ضرورت ہے، پائیدار ترقی کے لیے بہتر رعایتی فنانسنگ اور ترقیاتی امداد میں اضافہ ضروری ہے، ملکوں پر غیر قانونی قبضے اجتماعیت کے تصور کی نفی ہیں، موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں کے مسئلے پر جانبدارانہ طرز اجتماعیت کو نقصان پہنچا رہا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ قرضوں کے چیلنجز سے نمٹنے کے لیے اختراعی مالیاتی حل نکالنا ہو گا، ٹیکنالوجی میں جدت ترقی کے لیے بہترین مواقع فراہم کرتی ہیں، ٹیکنالوجی تک جنوبی ایشیائی ممالک سمیت تمام افراد کی رسائی ہونی چاہیے، اختیارات تک آسان رسائی ہمارے لوگوں کو با اختیار بنا سکتی ہے۔

وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ نئی ٹیکنالوجی کے ممکنہ غلط استعمال کی روک تھام ہونی چاہیے، نئی ٹیکنالوجی کے منفی استعمال کو روکنے کے لیے نئے، مؤثر تحفظاتی نظام کے قیام کی ضرورت ہے، نا انصافیاں، عدم مساوات مقامی اور عالمی سطح پر بدنام لوگوں کے لیے خلاء پیدا کرتی ہیں۔

خطاب کے دوران انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ سمٹ آف دی فیوچر عالمی تعاون کے پرچار کے لیے ایک اہم موقع ہے جسے ہمیں ضائع نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif addressed the virtual meeting Global Call before the United Nations Summit of the Future.
During his address, he said that the concept of collectivism is facing constant threats in the modern era, collectivism, equality and justice should be our common concept, the world today is facing increasing conflicts, challenges and inequality.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif says that reforms in the global framework are needed to achieve sustainable development, better concessional financing and increased development aid are necessary for sustainable development, illegal occupation of countries is a negation of the concept of collectivism. Bias on the issue of climate change is undermining the collective.
He said that innovative financial solutions have to be found to tackle the challenges of debt, innovations in technology provide great opportunities for development, technology should be accessible to all including South Asian countries, easy access to options for our people. It can create authority.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the possible misuse of new technology should be prevented, there is a need to establish a new, effective protection system to prevent the negative use of new technology, injustices, inequalities are notorious locally and globally. Create space for people.

During the address, he also said that the Summit of the Future is an important opportunity to promote global cooperation that we should not miss.
