Joint exercise ‘Shaheen Strike 2’ of Pakistani and Indonesian armies concludes

پاک فوج اور انڈونیشین فوج کی مشترکہ مشق’ شاہین اسٹرائیک 2‘ اختتام پذیر ہو گئی۔
پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ (آئی ایس پی آر) کے مطابق تمام تربیتی مقاصد کامیابی کے ساتھ حاصل کر لئے گئے،اختتامی تقریب میں پاکستان کی طرف سے جنرل افسرنے بطور مہمانِ خصوصی شرکت اور انڈونیشیا کی جانب سے سینئر عسکری حکام نے نمائندگی کی۔
ترجمان پاک فوج کا کہنا تھا کہ دونوں ممالک کی افواج کا پیشہ ورانہ مہارت اور عملی کارکردگی کے اعلیٰ معیار کا مظاہرہ کیا گیا، مشترکہ تربیت دہشت گردی کے خلاف آپریشنز میں استعمال ہونے والی مشقوں، طریقہ کار اور تکنیکوں کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے منعقد کی گئی۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق مشترکہ مشقوں میں خاص طور پر شہری علاقوں میں آپریشنز اور بم ساختہ دھماکہ خیز مواد کے خلاف اقدامات پر زور دیا گیا۔
دوسری جانب ترجمان پاک فوج کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ شاہین سٹرائیک ٹو نے دونوں دوست ممالک کے درمیان طویل عرصے سے قائم عسکری تعلقات کو مزید مضبوط کرنے میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کیا۔

The joint exercise ‘Shaheen Strike 2’ of the Pakistan Army and the Indonesian Army has concluded.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), all training objectives were successfully achieved. The closing ceremony was attended by a general officer from Pakistan as the special guest and senior military officials from Indonesia.
The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that the high standard of professionalism and practical performance of the armies of both countries was demonstrated. The joint training was held to improve the exercises, procedures and techniques used in counter-terrorism operations.
According to the ISPR, the joint exercises especially emphasized operations in urban areas and measures against improvised explosive devices.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Army spokesperson further said that Shaheen Strike 2 also played an important role in further strengthening the long-standing military relations between the two friendly countries.
