Harassment by female employee at Sports Board Punjab, 3 employees dismissed

اسپورٹس بورڈ پنجاب میں خاتون ملازمہ سے ہراسانی کے معاملے پر 3 ملازمین کو نوکری سے نکال دیا گیا ہے جبکہ ایک ملازم کو 20 ہزار روپے جرمانہ کیا گیا ہے۔
اسپورٹس بورڈ پنجاب میں ایک خاتون ملازمہ نے کچھ ماہ قبل چند ملازمین کے خلاف ہراساں کرنے پر درخواست دی تھی جس پر محکمہ نے ڈائریکٹر ایڈمن کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی انکوائری کمیٹی تشکیل دی تھی۔
اس کمیٹی نے انکوائری کے بعد اپنی رپورٹ سیکریٹری اسپورٹس کو دی، انکوائری کمیٹی کی تجاویز پر سیکریٹری اسپورٹس نے دوباہ انکوائری کی جس کے بعد سیکریٹری اسپورٹس نے ملازمین کو فارغ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔اسپورٹس بورڈ پنجاب کا کہنا ہے کہ خاتون ملازمہ کی درخواست پر انکوائری کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی تھی، ملازمین کو پہلے معطل کیا گیا اور ثبوتوں کی روشنی میں نوکری سے برخاست کیا گیا ہے۔
ملازم مبشر، احسان بھٹی اور محمد عزیر کو نوکری سے فارغ اور میاں شاہد کو 20 ہزار روپے جرمانہ کیا گیا۔

In the Sports Board Punjab, 3 employees have been dismissed from their jobs in the case of harassment of a female employee, while one employee has been fined Rs 20,000.
A female employee in the Sports Board Punjab had filed a complaint against some employees a few months ago, on which the department had formed a three-member inquiry committee headed by the Director Admin.
After the inquiry, this committee submitted its report to the Sports Secretary. The Sports Secretary conducted a second inquiry on the suggestions of the inquiry committee, after which the Sports Secretary decided to dismiss the employees. The Sports Board Punjab says that the inquiry committee was formed on the request of the female employee, the employees were first suspended and dismissed from their jobs in the light of the evidence.
Employees Mubashir, Ehsan Bhatti and Muhammad Uzair were dismissed from their jobs and Mian Shahid was fined Rs 20,000.
