اسلام آباد:پاکستان اور عالمی مالیاتی فنڈ(آئی ایم ایف )کے درمیان نئے قرض پروگرام پر اہم پیشرفت، آئی ایم ایف نے 6 سے 8 ارب ڈالر کے نئے بیل آؤٹ پیکیج کے لیے پاکستان کی درخواست منظور کر لی۔ذرائع کے مطابق آئی ایم ایف سے نیا قرض پروگرام تین سال سے زائد مدت کیلیے ہونے کا امکان ہے۔ مجوزہ بیل آوٹ پیکیج میں توسیعی فنڈ کی سہولت اور کلائمیٹ فنانسنگ کیلیے فنڈنگ شامل ہیں۔ آئی ایم ایف وفد نئے قرض پروگرام پر مذاکرات کیلیے آئندہ ماہ کے دوران پاکستان پہنچے گا، مذاکرات نئے قرض پروگرام اور آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ پروپوزل پر ہوں گے۔پاکستان کی جانب سے آئی ایم ایف کو 2 درخواستیں دی گئیں، ایکسٹینڈڈ فنڈ فیسلیٹی کی درخواست منظور ہوئی، دوسری درخواست پر مشن دورہ پاکستان کے دوران جائزہ لے گا، ایکسٹنڈڈ فنڈ فیسلیٹی کے تحت پاکستان تقریبا 6 ارب ڈالر قرض لے سکے گا۔دوسری جانب عالمی بینک کے علاقائی نائب صدر برائے جنوبی ایشیا مارٹن رائزر سے ملاقات کے دوران وزیرخزانہ نے کنٹری پارٹنرشپ فریم ورک کو حتمی شکل دیئے جانے کو اطمینان بخش قرار دیا۔دوسری جانب واشنگٹن میں وفاقی وزیر خزانہ محمد اورنگزیب نے ترکیہ کے ٹی وی چینل ( ٹی آر ٹی ورلڈ )کو انٹریو میں کہا ہے کہ پاکستان آئی ایم ایف کے بڑے اور طویل المدتی بیل آؤٹ پروگرام کا خواہاں ہے، آئی ایم ایف حکام کے ساتھ بات چیت جاری ہے، یہ پروگرام آئی ایم ایف کا نہیں بلکہ پاکستان کا پروگرام ہے جس کی حمایت، معاونت اور مالی اعانت آئی ایم ایف کر رہا ہے، بعض شعبے جن کو بڑے پیمانے پر ٹیکس نیٹ میں لانے کی ضرورت ہے، ان میں زراعت ، رئیل اسٹیٹ، پراپرٹی کی تعمیرات ودیگر شعبے شامل ہیں۔
